Les banquettes & les fauteuils d'une saleté que je n'ai jamais vu dans un cafe, vraiment dommage j'avais l'habitude de venir plusieurs fois par semaine
my trip was great before i decided to stop by this coffee shop for some cheesecake & matcha latte.
cheesecake was good, a bit too sweet for my liking but it was not bad. matcha latte was ok, tasted like watered-down & not made of quality matcha.
felt like i was unwelcomed & looked down upon by server though, may or may not because i didn't know french & didn't know the name of the cheesecake i wanted to order. she tried to help which i was grateful for, but the whole interaction from the moment i stepped into the store was a bit unwelcoming.
the seats & area looked dirty, table was not cleaned & had crumps everywhere. if you're a tourist i wouldn't recommend you to come here, try other cafe shops around the area first. unless you need a space to study/work, otherwise don't waste your time here

Went to try this cafe yesterday & was extremely disappointed with the food & service. I ordered a 7$ biscoff milkshake that ended up just being melted & just tasted like sweet milk. It wasn't frozen or thick like a milkshake should normally be. I was very disappointed & returned to the store right away to tell what seemed to be the owner running the store. He was very rude about remaking it but did & made a bunch of excuses for the low quality sweet milk… it was so disgusting & unsatisfying but the owner refused to give me my money back! I don't recommend this place, the owner is very rude & only cares about his costs & not customer satisfaction. If I could give zero stars i would!
Déjà, le service de la caissière était... d'une sympathie relative... mais après, quand j'arrive devant le barista, il me voit chercher une étiquette sur les pots de chocolat & de cannelle, très sympathique (pour vrai!) Il me dit lequel est lequel, mais en anglais (le lieu est présenté comme un'café FRANÇAIS'... ) ça me fait UN PEU chier à postériori mais vraiment, je ne le réalise pas immédiatement (Cinemon & chocolat... ça va... y'a pas mort d'homme) & sans arrière-pensée je lui dis, instinctivement'merci'... il me regarde avec des yeux de merlan frit, (j'en déduit) parce que je ne lui répond pas en anglais. Ils ont lu la loi 101 à l'envers, je pense.... ce serait plutôt à moi de faire des yeux de merlan... & comme je le dis, en vrai, c'est pas très grave c'est le barista, pas le caissier, mais ne me regarde pas comme ça si je lâche un merci en français. On est pas dans Westmount!!! surtout qu'il le sais très bien que je parle français, il était à côté durant la commande & j'était seul au comptoir! il m'as entendu, donc c'est pas qu'il à été surpris!
Surtout que même à NY,'merci'... tu sais comprendre!
Magnifique endroit avec une énergie incroyable. Les jeunes sont motivés, souriant & serviables. Rien à dire pour le service. Pour les sandwichs, MIAM! Un vrai délice. toujours frais.
Starbucks me décevait depuis quelques années, merci à colombus d'être mon nouveau café préféré.

I tried the columbus cafe branch at a mall & oh my goodness regretted now visiting it earlier. The italian caprese sandwich was to die for, super delicious & soft even after it was cold! Cant wait to come back & try more!
From the time that I got to Montreal, this was my go to cafe, since they have really nice espresso & the best chocolatine! Not to mention the nicest beautiful servers.. I didn't even look at Starbucks & other cafes, this is where you get real coffee! & oh.. really delicious carrot cake, would absolutely recommend!
Très bon café mais très dommage que la propreté n'est pas au rendez-vous.. Les sièges sont remplis de tâche, le sol n'est pas nettoyé & ça dès l'ouverture c'est vraiment dommage vu l'emplacement & le potentiel de ce café. Ce n'est pas très agréable de consommer sur place.
Accueil chaleureux & service irréprochable. Je prends mon café chaque matin dans ce Columbus & je tiens à souligner la gentillesse de Valentin, toujours souriant & préparant d'excellents Latte de l'Ours.
Ce café est superbe avec ses plafonds hauts, lumière naturelle à profusion, ambiance apaisante - un cadre parfait pour travailler. La nourriture est toujours fraîche, le café délicieux, & le service est super! Le gérant est toujours souriant & accueillant. Un endroit où on revient avec plaisir.
