I liked the custom-cocktail concept & the location, but the waitress was disinterested bordering on rude. No check-in whether we liked the drinks & no smile or brief small talk. I have been to many cocktail bars all over the world & I found this one overrated. I still hope anyone going enjoys their time!View more

The drinks were fantastic, & the ambiance was amazing. The man who greeted us was professional & very welcoming. However, our experience was tainted by our waiter. She was quite rude & seemed completely disinterested, even though it was only 10 PM. There was no smile, no greeting, & she was cold & unengaged when taking our order. Unfortunately, this made for an overall disappointing experience throughout the night.View more

Our first experience with this place was amazing, but has been overshadowed by our second. Bad one: The person at the door was the most wild customer service experience I've ever had. That's fine if you have a "no more than 6" policy, but no one in our group was rude to him & he was awful & aggressive right away. That's fine if you turn us away, it happens, but at least treat us with some decency. We brought a large group, hoping to split off in small groups in any way they would allow. No issue if we needed to sit completely apart, if some had to wait in the lobby because the space is so small. We were even making jokes that we would go in 3/3/2 & pretend we didn't know each other. We also came right when they opened to make sure we didn't bother them at rush hour. Ultimately, he just wanted us to leave & would not communicate with us about alternatives. 4 of us ended up leaving, & the 4 newbies went inside. They said it was fine, but they were upset as to how the rest of us were treated & it clouded their experience as well. Also, there was plenty of room for us the entire time they were there apparently. Policy is policy, but at least treat people better when you have to use it. That conversation could have gone 100 different ways that would have resulted in us wanting to come back another time. Good one, 5 stars: For small groups, it really is a lot of fun. Our first bartender was amazing & we loved all the questions he asked us to get us the perfect cocktails. He really made us want to come back again, obviously. 10/10 I would recommend just answering the questions as they ask them, rather than bring up your favorite cocktail & try to get a spin on it. The creations my friends had were delicious & nothing I would have thought of before. Really a one of a kind experience for us!View more

They did not warn us that water would be 10$, should've made it clear that it was an extra charge. so for 2 drinks & a glass of water each we ended up paying 60$. Doesn't make you want to go back as there is low transparency.View more
The bar is a speak easy located next to a men's clothing store. Very charming & intimate place. Their whole deal is craft cocktails & vintage spirits. I'll always remember this place since it was the first time I tried a glass of pappy. Otherwise, the other cocktails were fantastic & unique (they make the cocktail varriations to suit the customer, so your best bet is to tell them what you like & leave it up to them. Guaranteed theyll do a good job at matching tastes). The place was very small. We got there very early (we were the first customers in the place) & it was nice & quiet. But maybe half an hour later, the place was packed & loud (it was 1700 & there was a lady who very likely subscribes to the adage "its five o'clock somewhere"), making it a little uncomfortable & difficult to have an conversation. Certain things were a little pricey due to the whole vintage spirits angle, but if it wasnt for the pappy, probably wouldnt have been so bad. Overall fantastic experience. Would definitely come again.View more

The cloakroom is one of our favorite spots we've been to for cocktails! We love the intimate, speakeasy vibe with quality drinks. There is not a menu here, you just describe things you like & they get creative in making the drink. This place was so good that we actually stopped by twice while we were in town!
