The fish & chips are nothing like they used to be a year ago. The batter isn't crispy at all, it's soggy. There's barely any fish inside; some pieces are almost empty. The fries taste extremely oily, like the oil hasn't been changed in a long time. Completely overpriced for the quality & portions you get.
not sure if its the case every time its just first tike trying but was a terrible experience, we ordered the shrimp roll, it looked so good, when we got it the shrimp was offfffff tasted like rotten fish, when my boyfriend brought it the attention of the cashier she said she will
tell cheff, … she did nothing, my boyfriend then brought the tray back, & told the manager or wtv he was, & he had the nerve to get aggressive saying' whats your problem man' whats wrong' my bf didnt want to say in front their customers! so he asked him to come so he can tell him the fish isnt fresh & more close to rotten, an he was angry & aggressive no customer service no nothing we didt want a refund or anything just brining it to their attention so no one gets sick, like we did, we have nausea even as im writing this, the manager of the time out market came to remedy the situation but my gosh, shocked that they can serve rotten food at the time out market!!! unacceptable. an aggressive restaurant manager unbelievable.
The food portion isn't always accurate. I came here for lunch the other day on a Friday & ordered Fried Shrimp Roll & it was significantly bigger versus when I ordered it at dinner time on Sunday the same week. I was really disappointed when I received it.
Same with their fish & chips. Another person's plate at the next table was piled up way more than the one at our table.
Climats is really amazing. The dishes are very thoughtful & the taste is catchy. It is definitely the kind of place that makes you think'I want to come again' after eating.

Absolutely loved our visit here! The fried chicken was a standout - perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy & tender on the inside. It was generously portioned & I didn't expect its even BONELESS when I first looked at the size. The salad was another pleasant surprise: super fresh, clearly tossed to order, & refreshingly crunchy.
What really impressed me was the attention to detail - they had heat lamps at the preparation station to keep the food warm while waiting, so nothing lost its quality even it takes 1-2 minutes to assemble the dish.
On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly & helpful, making the whole experience even better.
Everything out there is perfect. My 3 boys are so impressed with the shrimp rolls & my husband & I are obsessed with the maple fried chicken. Food is fresh & delicious . I always feel welcomed when I get there & the staff are super nice & patient. It's definitely an amazing place to go.
