Une vraie perle pour les amateurs de cinéma, que je recommande sans hésiter. L'ambiance est chaleureuse & accueillante, avec une programmation qui sort des sentiers battus & met en valeur des films de grande qualité.

Les drinks sont délicieux, assortis aux saisons, & les plats à partager sont parfaits pour un petit apéro. Le parfait spot à date!!!

On a la chance à Montréal d'avoir des cinémas de quartier & Cinéma Moderne est l'ultime cinéma de quartier, avec sa salle qui accueille juste assez de personnes pour une expérience agréable, la programmation avec des nouveaux films mais aussi beaucoup de films qui datent un peu plus. On a accès à un magnifique café/bar pour boire du bon vin durant un bon film & que dire du café!

Magnifique cinéma indépendant. J'y ai vu Angel's Egg de Mamoru Oshii (original avec sous-titres) en restauration 4K ainsi que plus récemment Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind de Michel Gondry aussi en nouvelle restauration 4K. Leur programmation est variée avec beaucoup de séances spéciales & films restaurés. Ils ont aussi un mignon café/bar. J'apprécie pouvoir amener mon matcha latte dans la salle. Je recommande aussi la limonade & le popcorn frais avec levure alimentaire. Les employés sont gentils. Overall super agréable & je reviendrai souvent. :)

Washed the Classics cinema over a year in the old school manner & had a wonderful time. The snacks are amazing, the size of the places is perfect, not too much noise or distractions. It is clean enough could be better, but I don't have much complaints. The movie was nice too. & the seats were good.
