Chocolats Favoris has come to Estrie, in the Cité du Parc, right in the heart of Sherbrooke! At our little chocolate shop you will be able to buy our wonderful chocolates all year round and its famous real chocolate-dipped ice cream during the summer! You're sure to bump into friends and neighbors as you sit on its terrace, just opposite Jacques-Cartier park. And why not take the opportunity for a stroll along Lac-des-Nations Promenade, cornet in hand?

Ça serais efficace que vos horraires google sois les mêmes que vos horraires réel, ça nous évite du déplacement inutile :( Il n'y a aucun autre moyen de savoir vos heures de fermeture à pars sur la porte. Merci!
Toujours excellent! Les portions & les prix sont raisonnables.
Il n'y a pas beaucoup de places pour s'assoir à l'intérieur, mais il y a une terrasse extérieur. Cela dit, lorsqu'il fait plus froid ou qu'il pleut, il nous arrive d'aller manger notre crème glacée dans la voiture. Il ne m'est jamais arrivé de chercher en vain une place de stationnement, car il y a un grand stationnement.
Les serveurs & serveuses sont des personnes très joviales & respecteuses.

I always order their Blitz, which is delicious combo of creamy vanilla ice cream topped with your choice of chocolate. It's the perfect treat, especially on a sunny day or when you just need a little indulgence. The atmosphere is cozy & the quality is consistently top-notch.
First of all, I LOVE Chocolats Favoris!! I have been to a number of other locations, & have never had a problem. This was my first time in Sherbrooke. I have two concerns, the first one more serious. The gal who was working the cash was also making the ice cream cones... without washing her hands after a transaction! She took the cone with her dirty hand & then put the serviette around the base to hold it. Then she made my Chocolat Lait cone. As soon as she gave it to me it sprung leaks everywhere & she had to give me a bowl. It made such a mess when I tried to eat it. & the dirty hands issue is a health violation in restaurants. I was not impressed & will definitely not go back to this location. 😒
