About us
Chifa is Chef Larrea’s way of sharing childhood memories through his own interpretation of Chinese Peruvian cuisine. Originating from Peru, this Chifa cuisine is the accord of Chinese elements with traditional Peruvian ingredients.

I wish they offered table seating for parties of 2, & that they would have let me know in advance that my reservation was for stool seating at the bar or window. I would only go back with a party of 4 so that table seating was possible.
via LibroThe service was chaotic - food was bland an insipid. They served us each time without serving spoons & when I asked for them I kept on receiving little spoons. How can four people share tapas style meals without serving spoons? A real disappointment.

Ate here 3 times in my 5 days in Montreal. Each of the 3 people I ate with loved it too. Enough variety to keep your bouche amused. But we did order the dumplings every time. Duck skewers were good one night, then melt in your mouth great the next night.
Joseph & especially Nelly took care of every detail- a shout out to both of them.

Nous avons été surpris par la gentillesse & l'accueil de l'équipe.
Il faut bien savoir que ce sont des portions tapas à partager.

The environment is nice, the food ok. The cocktails are great, but the cook in front of us who was preparing all the raw dishes never washed his hands in between foods, while touching his phone or the screen for the orders.
I wouldn't come back
via LibroGreat service & atmosphere. The food was good but not great. On my bill when I put a tip percentage it added tip on taxes which should not happen.
