En particulier pour la qualité du thé noir & des perles de tapioca. Je recommande absolument !!View more
I am a bubble tea fan, but mainly into fruity flavours. They did not want to add boba to anything in those lines though. Maybe a good idea to at least give the option.View more
If you're looking for an authentic bubble tea place, this is definitely your go-to place. This bubble tea shop is underrated deserves more attention & popularity. The tea is brewed freshly from tea leaves, the bubbles are freshly cooked & thus they are soft & chewy. This makes best bubble tea you can order, contrary to those powdery bubble teas from elsewhere. Very friend staff.View more
They didn't have the volcano so we tried the regular. It was really good, easily the best bubble tea I've had in the cityView more
This is the best & most fresh bubble tea I've ever had! They brewed the tea right there in front of you. We got the Taro King & Green Passionfruit tea with coconut jelly. Both drinks had bits of real fruit in there. The green tea one had passionfruit in it & the taro king had fresh taro paste in it. So delicious!View more
My first bubble tea experience in Montreal & loved it!
Food: 5/5 - I had the THÉ OSMANTHUS
OOLONG AU MIEL (oolong tea with honey) with konjac & it was tasty. You can choose the level of sweetness & amount of ice. If you like taro, they have a taro drink.
Service: 5/5 excellent service
Atmosphere: 5/5 place is clean
They are located in Chinatown near the main gate. Overall I'll be back. They have won some awards proving that their teas are good!View more
The best bubble tea in town! I love the taro series. The staffs are so friendly & they take time to recommend you the drinks.View more
My favorite bubble tea shop in the city! They have various choice & the taste is so good, not too sweet & we can really taste the tea.View more
Meilleur bubble tea ever !!! Tres rafraichissant, ca vaut le détour ! Le service est impeccable & courtois!View more
Lots of bubble tea options with nice drink aesthetics but a bit overpriced ($8-9 for a small drink) with no seating inside.View more
Best bubble tea in town, tea was brewing live in front of you & you can smell tea fragrance all over the place , taro queen & classic milk tea are my favourite.View more
Takeout counter w minimal, chic decor. Reasonably priced, efficient service. I had the honey Osmanthus at 70% sugar, hot. Very good, not too sweet & they use real honey. My mom had the fruit tea loved it - & she is a picky eater & had been disappointed by other places fruit tea. Perfect if you're looking for a place serving bubble tea made from real ingredients.View more
the bubble tea here is brewed with fresh tea, as I entered the small shop you could smell the freshness of the tea, the bubbles were flavorful & not too soggy, had the honey osmanthus oolong tea with bubble, was very fresh will come back to try more flavors next time :)View more
Super cute with the little carrier twine! I had the joney flavored oolong with taro pearls & it was great, just to my taste. All bubble tea places & their flavors blur into one for me after a while, so outside of taste, I loved the speed & expediency here.View more
If you like bubble tea this is definitely one of the best places to get one! On the smaller size so it's only really for takeout, tea is made fresh on the spot with their fancy machine, really cute packaging. Definitely worth a quick stop by!View more
Since the closing of one of our favorite boba shops, we had been longing for bubble tea with the perfect chewiness. After trying Chicha Sanchen for the first time, it quickly became one of our favorite spots for boba ! While the place & menu are a bit small, the Bubble Volcano was excellent & exactly what we were looking for.View more
I really enjoy their bubble tea! The tapiocas are perfectly cooked. However, I think they could improve by offering different drink sizes. Also, if they can keep the counter hair-free, that would be great. Or maybe I'm just overthinking it.View more
That was one of the best & most intricate cup of bubble tea I have ever had. Had the regular bubble tea, but it was not plain. Cold flavorful tea, warm soft sweet tapioca. Very creamy the tea was very fresh. The cup was beautiful. The tea pourers very professional. Thank you! The only thing is the shop decor isn't cute & it's very small & the corner noisy.View more
No seating provided. It is a takeout shop with excellent quality bubble tea brew in front of your eyes with raw ingredients. The shop allows the customers to make orders tailored to personal taste & sweetness ( or sugarless) . This is a good selling point .View more
Hands down the best bubble tea in Montreal! (& I consider myself an expert.). The quality of both the tea & its preparation...the care, the packaging... the boba... EVERYTHING.View more
I don't know maybe I'm not a connoisseur...but I don't feel like it tasted any superior than other bubble tea places. It's was a good bubble tea. The location will get cute eventually, I guess. It's total construction zone at front. Service was slow-ish. They take their time to measure tea leaves & stuff. Presentation is cutesy. Will I go back?... if I'm in the neighborhood maybe. Also the price of bubble tea is Insaneeeee.View more
Average bubble tea, taro option is too hard in terms of textureView more
View more
Best bubble tea hands down. Tapioca bubbles are like pillows in my mouth. There wasn't an option to have 50% sugar - oh well. Take it as they designed it for best flavor.View more
I went to the chicha san chen bubble tea place in toronto & I became a fan of their bubble tea. I came back to montreal & tried the store here & I was extremely disappointed by their bubble tea. Montreal store should maintain the standard & quality of the bubble tea that chicha san chen is known for.View more
Wanted to try & see what the hype was about. The location is convenient as it's on the corner of St Laurent Blvd & Viger but it's a very small store & got crowded, so not an ideal place if you wanted to sit & have your bubble tea. It's perfect for takeout. The service was a bit slow & took a while to be served as the two people behind the counter weren't facing us & busy tidying up. I ordered the standard milk tea & didn't want to deviate too much. For the price, I found it a bit overpriced for the size you receive. It was fun to watch the tea being made in front of me & it was a nice option to choose the level of sweetness & ice. The bubbles were soft & sweet, & had just the right chewiness to it. The holder was cute but I felt it was a bit unstable so found it to be useless. Overall, my experience was average & not sure I'd return for the milk tea. I may go back to try the other flavors.View more
Chica Sanchen is a standout spot in Montreal, known for its unique & exceptional drinks. Their Peach drink is rich & creamy, with perfectly chewy pearls, while the Fruit Formosa Tea offers a refreshing twist. The always-busy lineup is a testament to their popularity, proving that their bubble tea offers a completely different experience compared to other spots in Chinatown. With fair prices & consistently high quality, Chicha Sanchen is definitely worth the wait.View more
My recent visit to the bubble tea shop was just okay. While the ambiance was pleasant & the shop was clean, I found the overall experience to be somewhat underwhelming. One of the main drawbacks was the limited selection of flavors available. The menu was mostly floral tea-based options, which might appeal to some, but didn't quite hit the mark for me. I was hoping for a wider variety to choose from, including some classic & fruity flavors.View more
This is not your typical bubble tea, its a very different bubble tea experience. Here you can really taste the ✨quality✨of the ingredients. A + point for me would also be that the cup comes with a holder ! Very cute concept.View more
The teas did taste good. However, it is a small shop, & gets crowded easily. Management also needs to work on communication between staff. My partner was really looking forward to trying the milk bubble tea, & ordered it with oat milk. However, after waiting for a long time, we were told that they don't have oat milk & was forced to change his order so he had to pick something random quickly. As it's our first time here, it was hard to choose. He did like it afterwards, but not what he was expecting to get, & disappointing as we should've been told right away that they don't have oat milk in stock. The taro was good as they use real taro but it hid the tea taste.View more
