Our second visit to Chez Milot & we were not disappointed. We chose to dine from the early four course offering & each course was delicious. Potage to start followed by escargot. My main a creamed shrimp & salmon & my husbands trout almondine both served with perfectly cooked vegetables. Dessert was sugar pie & crepe caramel. Service was good. A reservation is probably necessary as the restaurant looked full on a weeknight during Christmas week. We would return if we are again in the area.

Chez Milot est un restaurant charmant situe au coeur du village de Sainte Adèle dans une ancienne maison rénovée qui a su garder son cachet d'antan tout en combinant des éléments modernes & confortables. Le service fut impeccable & distingue. Pour ce qui est de la bouffe, je dirais qu'une 6 ieme Etoile s'impose. Bravo au chef cuisinier & ses acolytes. Mon conjoint & moi avons choisi la table d'hôte régulière qui présentait un large choix d'entrées & de plats principaux. Nos deux entrées a base de crevettes & salade asiatique étaient aussi bonnes que belles. Notre deuxième plat consistait d'une bavette de boeuf pour moi & un plat de veau pour lui - les deux servis avec petites saucières. La bavette était juteuse & a point servie avec frites alors que le veau servi avec légumes était très tendre. Le dessert était goûteux & frais. Je recommande fortement ce resto si vous êtes dans le coin de Sainte Adèle. Chez Milot offre également un spécial table d'hôte de 5 a 7 les jours de semaine qui semble un très bon rapport qualité/prix.
