table by the window. The whole resto was lovely. Beautiful artwork. Large group in the other room, but didn't bother us. Our server Kim was superb. The kitchen accommodated is with allowing our 4 appetizers to be courses: carrot & ginger soup (beautiful), poached pears in blue cheese sauce (divine), prawn & scallop in sambuca (it was actually a cream sauce, lovely but now what I was expecting), duck confit salad in raspberry emulsion (lovely salad, but next time I would order just the crispy duck confit). Mains: mussels in green pepper corn & cognac flambé- star of the show (came with FF, a very French concept)! Flambé at table, sauce to die for. Walleye with amandine & hazelnut- tasty but dish was overloaded with sides- rice, beet purée, sautéed veg (I would have preferred a tapas style fish, but it was a main, so I should have checked first). Chew cake for dessert- lovely, homemade, light & fluffy. Overall 5 stars because of service, atmosphere & the food was delicious (if not exactly what I imagined, but that's no fault to the chef).

Accueil chaleureux, bouffe extraordinaire, menu 5-7 varié, service haut de gamme, prix plus que raisonnable. Une belle soirée entre amis qui ne défonce pas notre budget. fortement recommander. Merci pour tout! Au plaisir de se revoir!
We went for the 5 a 7 dinner. It was absolutely wonderful!!! We loved the space, the food, & the service! Any time we are in Ste. Adele, we will go back to Chez Milot!!!!
