Super service, superbe soirée! La nourriture était excellente. Le service de Jessica était impeccable. Merci Éric Marin de nous avoir permis de vivre cette belle soirée. J’aurais aimé que tu sois là. Ce n’est que partie remise. Merci à toute l’équipe en cuisine aussi.

Super belle place ( bâtiment historique!). J'ai pris l'ardoise du jour en table d'hôte : potage brocolis & gingembre. Suivi d'une entrée de poire pochée dans une sauce crémeuse au fromage bleu très bien équilibrée. Enchaînant avec un plat de raviolis au homard, recouvert d'une quantité juste parfaite de sauce basilic & pistache le tout nappé d'une réduction de balsamique pour une touche de sucré. MERVEILLEUX ! Pour bien conclure, Chef Georges m'a servi une mousse au chocolat au Baileys, belle consistance & goût chocolaté à souhait sans tomber dans l'excès. Il y avait également une bière de la microbrasserie Grande Allée ( qui est tout près) la ipa nordique était une belle découverte !

Merci à mon serveur Yan, professionnel & charmant. Chef George ( plus que compétent) à pris le temps de venir à la table & discuter, ce que j'ai trouvé très cool !

Je recommande & y retournerai !!!

Jessica was an amazing server, well done. We also enjoyed chatting with the gentleman who's photo appears on the homepage of the website.

Visite cette fois un peu décevante. Penne arrabiata inacceptable. Service très correct par Mme Patricia mais M. ne remplit pas les verres vides même s'il passe à la table.
