I must say, it was my first time trying persian pizza & it was actually delicious, savory & full of flavors. I had the pleasure to be served by the owner him self Bob, he was a thorough gentleman & served us really well. HIGHLY recommended if you want a persian twist for fast food!! 🇮🇷

Hailar has super delicious pizza! The taste is just like Iranian pizza, & it really feels like home. Honestly, it's the best place in Montreal for Iranian style pizza. I really recommend it!😍

I had the pleasure of trying the special pizza at Pizza Chez Hailer, & it was genuinely one of the most delicious pizzas I've ever had. The ingredients were fresh, the crust was perfectly baked - crisp on the outside & soft inside - & the flavors were beautifully balanced.
What truly sets their pizza apart is the unique thyme powder they use. It adds an authentic & aromatic taste that you won't find elsewhere. For me, it brought back memories of the traditional pizzas I used to enjoy in Iran - but honestly even better. That subtle herbal flavor elevates every bite & makes the pizza absolutely unforgettable.
The staff were friendly, the service was fast, & the atmosphere was warm & welcoming. If you love real quality pizza with a special touch, Pizza Chez Hailer is a must-try. Highly recommended - I will definitely be coming back!
Chez Hailar is a fantastic spot in Montréal! The food is fresh & flavorful, & the service is warm & attentive. From their pizzas to sandwiches & desserts, everything is well-prepared & satisfying. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic Persian cuisine with great value.
So I always have eaten numerous times at this place in person where the pizza the roast beef always has been well made & on point & fresh with the right temperature & recently I tried their roast beef sandwich which was a nice surprise how good it tasted & I would always recommend & incite people to go there for good persian pizza but am genuinely disappointed as I have placed an order with Uber eats last night for mini roast beef pizza & roast beef sandwich :
•The mini pizza's dough was a bit raw on the inside which never happened before & the crust was not crispy & thin as usual & overall it tasted blend & also was not cut into slices , very clumsy way of doing it
•The sandwich was not bad but not great either , again compared to eating in place versus what I have received
So I don't think I will ever order from here again online
I would definitely give it an in-person chance though despite the displeasure & disappointment as I know they can do bette

We had a wonderful time here! Romina & the other staff were friendly & attentive, & the service was excellent. We tried the roast beef pizza & the Bandari sandwich - both were absolutely delicious & full of flavor. Highly recommended!
I love this place. Whenever we are in Montreal we come to this place for the amazing food! I definitely recommend this place if you are craving Persian style pizzas & sandwiches.
I had such a wonderful experience at Chez Hailar! The sandwiches are absolutely delicious-full of flavor & beautifully presented. The service was excellent: friendly, attentive, & made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing sandwiches & pizza in a warm, inviting atmosphere. Even though I live far away, I still come downtown just for Hailar-it's that good!

If you're craving authentic Persian fast food, Hailar is the place to go. Their hot sandwiches are super tasty & made with really good ingredients. The Bandari sandwich is my absolute favorite. Highly recommend!
Chez Hailer is a Persian fast food spot in Montreal that serves a wide variety of Persian-style pizzas along with hot & cold sandwiches. They're currently renovating the downstairs, but you can sit upstairs where Persian music fills the space & gives it a cozy, home-like vibe. The décor upstairs feels different from downstairs, & there's no reception at the moment because of the renovations.
The food quality was great - fresh, flavorful, & delicious. One thing I really liked is that you can order sandwiches in either 7-inch or 14-inch sizes. The pizza crust is super thin, which makes it light & easy to enjoy. Totally recommend!
This is a little fantastic gem on sherbrooke street in montreal. Great sandwiches, excellent pizzas, delicious salads. We had the roast beef sandwich, sausage sandwich, & a bandari sandwich, we also had a supreme pizza & a sausage pizza. All the flavors were sublime. In the sandwich the hint of parsley was exquisite!
Romina our server was pleasant & very informed. We will surely return & we highly recommend a visit.

Honestly tastes like nostalgic iran. I've missed this flavor for many years & happy i could experience it here. We were attended by 2 lovely ladies that were the sweetest! Shaghayegh & Romina, they were so kind. Would recommend for some persian street food.
I tried the roast beef sandwich & I absolutely loved it😋.The meat was juicy & full of flavor, the bread was fresh, & the portion size was just perfect. It's definitely one of the best roast beef sandwiches I have had in Montreal. Highly recommend👌🏻
