Hailar has recently opened their juicery & dessert section, & it's fantastic. The traditional Persian ice cream & desserts were absolutely delicious - rich, authentic, & full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh & beautifully made, & every bite was mouthwatering. So yummy - definitely recommend trying it.

We tried this place during our Montreal trip & absolutely loved it! We ordered the pizza sandwich & the spicy bomb pizza, & both were generously topped with ingredients & packed with flavor. The cheese pull was unreal so satisfying! The service was great as well; friendly & welcoming. Highly recommended!!!!

We recently tried the roast beef sandwich & the roast beef pizza at Hailar, & both were absolutely delicious.
The sandwich was perfectly prepared - tender, flavorful roast beef with fresh ingredients & a well-balanced taste. The pizza was just as impressive, with a rich topping of juicy roast beef & a great crust that brought everything together beautifully.
We tried Chez Hailar for the first time & absolutely loved it! We ordered the Pizza Spécial Hailar & a roast beef sandwich, both were incredibly tasty, especially with their unique special sauce that really brings out the flavors.
The prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality & taste make it worth it. If you're looking for authentic Iranian-inspired dishes or just want to try something delicious & different, we definitely recommend giving Chez Hailar a try!

I must say, it was my first time trying persian pizza & it was actually delicious, savory & full of flavors. I had the pleasure to be served by the owner him self Bob, he was a thorough gentleman & served us really well. HIGHLY recommended if you want a persian twist for fast food!! 🇮🇷

I had the pleasure of trying the special pizza at Pizza Chez Hailer, & it was genuinely one of the most delicious pizzas I've ever had. The ingredients were fresh, the crust was perfectly baked - crisp on the outside & soft inside - & the flavors were beautifully balanced.
What truly sets their pizza apart is the unique thyme powder they use. It adds an authentic & aromatic taste that you won't find elsewhere. For me, it brought back memories of the traditional pizzas I used to enjoy in Iran - but honestly even better. That subtle herbal flavor elevates every bite & makes the pizza absolutely unforgettable.
The staff were friendly, the service was fast, & the atmosphere was warm & welcoming. If you love real quality pizza with a special touch, Pizza Chez Hailer is a must-try. Highly recommended - I will definitely be coming back!

The vibe in this restaurant is amazing! My friend & I chose the roast beef pizza which had lots of flavor. It made me also try the roast beef sandwich! We got welcomed by Romi & she was very helpful with choosing meals! Thanks a lot!♥? best persian pizza & sandwich i've tried 👍👍

Even though I live far away, I still come downtown just for Hailar-it's that good!
Chez Hailer is a Persian fast food spot in Montreal that serves a wide variety of Persian-style pizzas along with hot & cold sandwiches. They're currently renovating the downstairs, but you can sit upstairs where Persian music fills the space & gives it a cozy, home-like vibe. The décor upstairs feels different from downstairs, & there's no reception at the moment because of the renovations.
The food quality was great - fresh, flavorful, & delicious. One thing I really liked is that you can order sandwiches in either 7-inch or 14-inch sizes. The pizza crust is super thin, which makes it light & easy to enjoy. Totally recommend!
This is a little fantastic gem on sherbrooke street in montreal. Great sandwiches, excellent pizzas, delicious salads. We had the roast beef sandwich, sausage sandwich, & a bandari sandwich, we also had a supreme pizza & a sausage pizza. All the flavors were sublime. In the sandwich the hint of parsley was exquisite!
Romina our server was pleasant & very informed. We will surely return & we highly recommend a visit.
