Well, what can I say except that I'm hooked on Chez Hailar like a fish on a line! Mohammad, our partner in pizza-crime, deserves a gold medal for his fantastic service - he's practically family now! As for the pizza, calling it Persian-style is just a fancy way of saying it's out-of-this-world delicious. I've tasted a lot of pies in Canada, but Chez Hailar's creations take the crown. We had a blast in Hailar! Highly recommended if you're into Persian food(& even if you're not;)) we tried pepperoni pizza & roast beef sandwich & they were both delicious & tasted exactly like the ones we tried in Iran. One of the best Persian Pizza & Roast Beef sandwiches all through Canada. I visit Montreal from Calgary & I would suggest this place not to Iranian, but to all people in Montreal.

...so i have discoverd this place on a snowy day first serious snow of december 2023. I got inside & the first thing that struck me was how clean how nicely it was designed but especially how nice it smelled, i sit down & the host, Bob explained to me the menu & i ve let him chose for me, i had this absolutely incredible persian tea with a rose flower inside, it was swetened by a caramelized batonet of yellowish cristalized sugar. Exceptional taste. & the 14" hot beef sandwich. Woow. What a great experience. The persian culture is absolutely wonderful!
Their pizza in Montreal is the best I've ever tasted. If you haven't tried the Persian-style pizza, this is the place to go. They not only have amazing pizza but also incredible sandwiches. Mohammad, the guy who works here, is super nice & friendly. Highly recommended!!
The food is great. Specifically pizza 😋
I'll be back soon to experience yummy food once more. At the end, Mohammed surprise us with special Persian tea.

What a hidden gem of a place! Bob was running the show on his own for lunch & served me a delicious Persian vegetarian sandwich with some fresh homemade dolma🤤 Highly recommend!!!
