I am deeply disappointed with my experience tonight. I ordered the 12' Roast Beef Spicy Bomb with specific requests to make it less spicy & to include extra sauce. None of these instructions were respected.
To make matters worse, the quality was completely off: the thin crust was burnt to a crisp, while the onions on the first layer were entirely raw. It is the first time I've encountered this level of poor quality here, & since the pizza was inedible, I had to throw the entire order away. I set the ingredients aside so that you see the raw onions. It just tasted like carbon & smelled of raw onion. . A total waste of time & money
Chez Hailar offers an authentic & memorable dining experience. The food is rich in flavor, beautifully prepared, & consistently high quality. The hospitality is outstanding-the team is welcoming, attentive, & makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The atmosphere was very pleasant & comfortable for dining. The staff were very polite & professional. The food tasted great, & it was clear that high quality ingredients were used.
Hailar currently has very good management. The quality of their food has improved a lot compared to three years ago. Both the taste & quality of the dishes are excellent. I recommend you try it. I also want to thank them for their hospitality & their attention to the quality of the food. Everything was excellent.
Besides the great quality of the food & the excellent attitude of the whole team, another very positive point is their support for the Iranian community.

We tried Chez Hailar for the first time & absolutely loved it! We ordered the Pizza Spécial Hailar & a roast beef sandwich, both were incredibly tasty, especially with their unique special sauce that really brings out the flavors.
The prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality & taste make it worth it. If you're looking for authentic Iranian-inspired dishes or just want to try something delicious & different, we definitely recommend giving Chez Hailar a try!

I had the pleasure of trying the special pizza at Pizza Chez Hailer, & it was genuinely one of the most delicious pizzas I've ever had. The ingredients were fresh, the crust was perfectly baked - crisp on the outside & soft inside - & the flavors were beautifully balanced.
What truly sets their pizza apart is the unique thyme powder they use. It adds an authentic & aromatic taste that you won't find elsewhere. For me, it brought back memories of the traditional pizzas I used to enjoy in Iran - but honestly even better. That subtle herbal flavor elevates every bite & makes the pizza absolutely unforgettable.
The staff were friendly, the service was fast, & the atmosphere was warm & welcoming. If you love real quality pizza with a special touch, Pizza Chez Hailer is a must-try. Highly recommended - I will definitely be coming back!
