It took me back home. Loved everything we ordered here, roast beef pizza & sandwich are both super delicious. If you are looking for something heavier & mixed I absolutely recommend the bomb cheese sausage sandwich. Delicious food, reasonably priced, & the portion is more than sufficient.
Very nice & warm staff.
I took my food to go all the time, but you can dine in. The place is cosy, clean.

The food at Chez Hailar is always delicious & fresh, especially the pizza. The atmosphere is great, very clean, & has good vibes. The staff are super nice & always there when you need help or have questions. Definitely recommend & will be coming back. I'm so happy with the service!

We recently tried the roast beef sandwich & the roast beef pizza at Hailar, & both were absolutely delicious.
The sandwich was perfectly prepared - tender, flavorful roast beef with fresh ingredients & a well-balanced taste. The pizza was just as impressive, with a rich topping of juicy roast beef & a great crust that brought everything together beautifully.

On était une coupe d'amis peu accoutumés à cette cuisine & on voulait découvrir. On a pris de la pizza & des sous-marins comme mets principaux, mais aussi des frites au truffe en accompagnement ainsi que des boissons de malt aux fruits variées. Tout était très bon! Belle ambiance chaleureuse à l'intérieur. & bon service!
On était initialement confu par l'entrée; il n'y avait personne & l'espace semblait plutôt adapté pour du à-emporter. Mais un escalier mène à un étage supérieur où se trouve la salle à manger.

One of our favourite places in Montreal & my partner says that it is the best pizza that she has had since leaving Tehran - giving this full points for authenticity. Staff are very kind & welcoming, allowing this to be an all-round pleasent experience.

We where there last night, we ordered 2full sandwiches & 2 half
When we received our orders, we saw instead of 2 full sandwiches, they brought us 2 pizzas!
While when the server repeated our orders, she said pizzas but I said no Sandwiches!!!
When we saw the pizzas we accepted one & returned one!
Because we decided to prevent food waste, while we ordered sandwiches in return!
When we received our bills we saw the price of pizza is there which is more expensive compared to the sandwich!
The thing I expected was, because of serving mistake, we had the price of sandwich which we had ordered from very beginning!
Additionally, we didn't receive any suggestions for not paying the tip!!
The difference between the price of pizza & sandwich isn't matter but I really disappointed about the customer service!

I've visited this restaurant multiple times & always return because I love it. They serve Persian-style thin-crust pizza that's incredibly delicious. The thin crust allows you to enjoy the full variety of toppings without feeling too heavy.

We tried Chez Hailar for the first time & absolutely loved it! We ordered the Pizza Spécial Hailar & a roast beef sandwich, both were incredibly tasty, especially with their unique special sauce that really brings out the flavors.
The prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality & taste make it worth it. If you're looking for authentic Iranian-inspired dishes or just want to try something delicious & different, we definitely recommend giving Chez Hailar a try!

The food is really good. Their Iranian style pizza is A1 & that house sauce of theirs is incredible. The restaurant has a nice & cozy feel to it & the service good & friendly.

I must say, it was my first time trying persian pizza & it was actually delicious, savory & full of flavors. I had the pleasure to be served by the owner him self Bob, he was a thorough gentleman & served us really well. HIGHLY recommended if you want a persian twist for fast food!! 🇮🇷
