The food is great! Can't complain on that. But I ordered a trio burger & replaced the fries with a poutine. Just like any other place they charge you extra for the cheese & the sauce. So far, still fair. But what I was surprised about is to get less fries. So I had to pay extra to get fries removed. & by doing so obviously they use less cheese & sauce. I've asked the owner about the difference, the only answer I got was that I got the poutine, so that's what I'm getting. In the pictures I uploaded you can see the difference in fries size.

I stopped by Gerard Patates after a soccer match with my boys, & we were pleasantly surprised! The staff & owner were incredibly friendly, & the food was fresh & delicious. We ordered a submarine trio & two trio cheeseburgers, & everything was great. While we were eating, the staff surprised us with a complimentary plate of freshly made donut holes-at least 20 of them! It was such a thoughtful gesture, & the kids were thrilled. I can't make it every week, but I'll definitely be back once a month. Long live Gerard Patates!

Bonne qualité de malbouffe & bon service. Cependant, mentionnez au client qu'il y a un extra sur les boissons en canette qui ne sont pas offertes en fontaine à l'achat d'un trio.

J'ai commandé un trio Hamburger avec frites & liqueurs + un hot-dog toaster tout était bon j'ai mangé sur place l'air climatisé était parfaite très bon service à la clientèle ; je recommande.
