At first I thought the price was a little high, but once I've received the food I realize that the serving are huge…. It taste good again it's fast food. So wouldn't eat that everyday but from time to time it's great. Service is friendly & fast.

This was my first visit to Chez Gérard, & I was genuinely impressed. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean, organized, & well-managed the restaurant is. The staff were friendly, professional, & attentive, always ready to greet customers, answer questions, & provide the best possible service. It was refreshing to see employees focused on their customers instead of being distracted by their phones.
The food exceeded my expectations. The steamed hot dogs were fresh, delicious, & perfectly prepared. The donuts were incredibly tasty, & it's easy to see why kids love them. The coffee was also fresh & complemented the meal perfectly.
This is exactly what you expect from a true local landmark. Unlike some fast-food chains where quality & customer service have declined, Chez Gérard continues to deliver an outstanding experience with fresh food, efficient service, & a welcoming atmosphere.

Très bonne expérience chez Gérard Patate à Laval! La poutine est vraiment excellente : la sauce est savoureuse, les frites croustillantes & le fromage en grains est super frais & délicieux. Le cheeseburger est excellent. La nourriture est très bonne en général, & le service est également agréable. Une belle place à découvrir!
Normalement le service & la livraison sont toujours bonne mais la 1h30 plus tard & toujours pas de commande j'ai appeler vers 1h pour avoir si jamais ils ont reçu ma commande. Excusez-Nous le papier & pas sortie ont vous l'envoie toutes suite (BTW je travaille en informatique & ce n'ai pas une raison fixe tes équipements). Ouin bin sa risque d'être dernière commande en livraison. Pas normale que 1h30 plus tard & toujours rien. Si dans 15 minutes j'ai rien je m'en vais au benny a côté & ma refuser ma commande trop long délais.
