Chez Claudette is extremely interesting inside & a great overall experience. Very simple place with minimal staff. Poutine is absolutely the star. So many varieties it is hard to choose. Fries are the perfect consistency & both sauces we had (traditional, & spicy Italian) tasty. Burger was average -- but dressed well for a cheap price. Lots of pictures of Marilyn Monroe everywhere for some reason.
Such a cute find! We initially wanted to go to the place across the street but they had a massive line up & our friends said this place was just as tasty & SO glad we came here instead. No line, delish poutine, GREAT service, & comfortable atmosphere. 100% recommended.
Overall 5 stars for sure. There are tones of Poutine options that look delicious as well as other items. I choose the "Atlantic Poutine" with a white Béchamel sauce. It was okay, but not a wow factor. Mostly came with imitation crab, & a few pieces of baby shrimp. I wanted to try something different so i ordered it, but wouldn't a second time. It just didn't taste like a poutine. Probably due the white sauce. While i was waiting, i seen several other more traditional poutines get served that all looked delicious. I'll be back to try the "New Yorker" as well their Breakfast. I wish they'd have an English Version of their Menu.

Très bonne poutine avec un service merveilleux ! La personne qui nous a servi était super avec une ambiance chaleureuse. Je recommande pour ceux qui souhaitent découvrir la poutine !
Chez Claudette serves an authentic Poutine as well as a delicious BLT (the bacon is super thick & flavourful) The service is very nice here, attentive & friendly. The restaurant is definitely on the older side & could use a reno, however the prices are very reasonable so I am okay with that. 5*

Poutines délicieuses & personnel au même niveau. Mais cela compense difficilement l'attente pas très agréable à l'intérieur au milieu des clients qui dégustent leur plat, quand on prend à emporter... Les poutines valent le détour tout de même !!! PS : ne prenez pas la poutine aux cornichons si ce n'est pas votre dada, ils sont énormes !
