My wife ordered the stone grill meal & I ordered the calf's liver. Both good, better than average actually. But the French onion soup I ordered was a MAJOR disappointment. Basically they ladled the soup into a crock & then served it to me with a piece of cheese toast, separately. I had to cut the toast into pieces & dipped them into the soup. The soup was not baked at all. I do not understand how any self respecting French chef could serve something like that! Disgraceful!

My wife & I were actually shocked to discover in St. Jovite one of the finest dining experience of our lives. At 77 we have travelled at lot & eaten in many quality restaurants. What a wonderful surprise to enter this lovely home to enjoy superb warm service & excellent cuisine. The duck was exquisite, the lamb was perfectly cooked with a lovely sauce that did not deter from the taste of lamb. We both had the small cup of scalloped potatoes that alone would have been enough of delightful flavour, & vegetables done al dente. Profiteroles are very difficult. The only place that has impressed us with profiteroles is in Grenoble, hard to keep them crisp. The care with which this meal was cultivated & presented really ran beyond our expectations. Our only regret was that in 20 years of visiting Mount Tremblant, we only just now found this wonderful restaurant. Do yourself a favour.

J'aime beaucoup votre restaurant.

Great service, delicious, & the owners son is so sweet, & a great future restaurantur!!

When we arrived we were lead to our table outside on covered porch. The weather was beautiful for this atmosphere. The waiter was top notch, speaking to us in English & explaining our meal choices.
Three of us selected the hot stone meal & one selected the calves liver. We haven't stopped raving about your restaurant & meals. We will be recommending your restaurant to our family & friends. We also will returning again when we visit St. Jovite.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

The best restaurant I've been to. The service is attentive & impeccable. The food is delicious. The hot stone experience is unique & one all should try.
Excellent culinary experience.
I can appreciate the attention to detail & level of creativity that is put into each meal.
As an entré, I took a House Salade, it was light, fresh & delicious. I love the Dijon-balsamic vinaigrette. My husband had the Gravlax Salmon which he loved & it was a beautiful presentation.
For the main course, I took the gently roasted Magret Duck with honey, garlic & ginger sauce. It was delicious. The sauce was savoury & excellent over the pieces of duck which were cooked to perfection. The scallop potatoes were creamy & not too cheesy. The cooked vegetables were great with the sauce as well.
My husband took the Canadian Hot Stone (deer, bison & elk). He said the experience was fun since you cook it on a hot stone. It would have been better if there was more sea salt grains on the plate or in a small container to season the meat. Additionally, it would have been nice to have the meats identified or explained because it was hard to identify which one was which. The sauces were good, yet, it would have been nice to be explained which ones pair better with each meat.
Overall the food was pretty good & very nice presentations!
