About

C'Chocolat specializes in decadent cocoa-based creations that highlight premium chocolate craftsmanship through a diverse selection of artisanal desserts. The menu features signature Belgian waffle stacks layered with house-made chocolate ganache and fresh seasonal fruits. Patrons select from an extensive array of flowing chocolate fondues served with various dipping components designed for optimal textural contrast. Thin, delicate crêpes are folded with rich fillings ranging from traditional hazelnut spreads to complex dark chocolate truffles. Hot beverage options prioritize high-cacao content, resulting in thick, velvety drinks that complement the sugar-forward food menu. This establishment functions as a dedicated hub for those seeking technical proficiency in dessert preparation. The interior design emphasizes the visual appeal of tempered chocolate, creating a focused environment centered entirely on the exploration of cocoa in multiple solidified and melted states.

C'Chocolat is widely regarded as a premier destination for chocolate lovers in Montreal, offering a vast and creative menu that features everything from indulgent hot chocolates and fondue to signature waffles and crepes. Many guests praise the high quality of the ingredients, the generous portions, and the visually stunning presentation of the desserts. The atmosphere is frequently described as cozy, warm, and inviting, making it a popular choice for late-night treats, dates, and social gatherings. While the vast majority of visitors experience friendly, attentive, and professional service, a few patrons have noted concerns regarding pricing, occasional wait times, or isolated service inconsistencies. I had the waffle BLT for dinner & loved it. I wasn't expecting it to be as great as it was because this is a restaurant that specializes in chocolate, but it was delicious & full of flavour.. & the presentation, amazing.

Then for dessert, I had the red velvet milkshake & I shared the Perfect Parcel. The milkshake was delicious & the presentation was so cute I had to take a picture. The Perfect Parcel was also delicious, & I'm not a big crepe fan so that's a lot coming from me. The Perfect Parcel is a crepe with a brownie & ice cream on the inside, such a unique idea & it was so good.

Our waitress was so nice & helpful, I hope to have her again. Since it was our first time there, she took out an iPad & showed us pictures of each dish category by category. She really went the extra mile to keep us happy.

For a dessert restaurant, I was expecting it to be more expensive. I was very happy with the price compared to other dessert places around Montréal.

The restaurant is very cute, great ambiance for anyone of all ages. To go with family, friends, boyfriend/girlfriend. The restaurant is smaller than I had imagined while I was looking it up online, but I don't think that really matters because they manage to fit a lot of tables & no one feels cluttered.

I would definitely go again!

I had the melting dome that has been so popular on Facebook. Delicious & so decadent. With a waffle, fruits, graham, gelato & caramel. Very good quality chocolate. Also has the salted caramel hot chocolate. Also amazing! Service was very nice, a little pushy on the selling but that's okay. Kept asking us if we wanted something to drink over & over again. The only very unpleasant point is that it's extremely loud! Would love to go back to try the Rocky Road waffle.
