Like our Beautiful city our menu is a wonderful fusion of cultures and tastes that are truly international. Long wait times since they are always understaffed. Cheap overpriced corn syrup with color that they try to pass for chocolate. The Dubai crepe is just disgusting.
Go somewhere else to get better value for your money
After all the hype about this place, we ended up going there with a large group instead of going to Juliette & Chocolat. What a disappointment it was! It took them forever for the server to come to take our order. The portions were much smaller than any other dessert place. The mushroom crepe was made with canned mushrooms. I have never tasted bechamel sauce

J'avais demandé ma crêpe uniquement avec des fraises, mais elle a été servie avec seulement quatre fraises. Quand j'ai demandé un supplément de fraises, on m'a facturé un supplément. La portion n'est pas normale. Ce que j'ai payé ne vaut pas la qualité reçue.
Ce restaurant est en chute libre en raison de mauvais management c'est une évidence. Premièrement l'esthétique de la place laisse à désirer, le restaurant a besoin de rénos & son hygiène semble douteux. Ce restaurant est devenu très très vieux depuis ma dernière visite. Les photos des pantalons des hommes sur les murs n'ont également pas rapport.
J'ai mangé une crêpe salée avec des champignons & ceux-ci étaient en canne. Je n'ai jamais mangé de crêpe salée avec des champignons en canne de ma vie, vraiment c'est n'importe quoi. Les seules 2 étoiles que j'accorde sont pour ma crêpe au Nutella qui était bonne. Le service n'était pas bon & ceci est entièrement de la faute du management. La serveuse n'a pas fait de retour de service, elle a pris un très long moment avant de retirer nos assiettes, mais je répète, ce n'est pas sa faute. Il n'y a que 2 serveuses un vendredi soir, elles n'ont aucune aide. Il n'y a pas de bussboys, pas d'hôtesse. Un des employés qui faisait les crêpes à dû aider à nettoyer la salle lorsque le temps le lui a permis. Ceci n'est également pas hygiénique. Le propriétaire de ce restaurant tente clairement d'économiser sur le staff. Monsieur, je vous garantis que votre restaurant fera faillite si vous continuez de gérer de cette manière. J'ai travaillé à plusieurs restaurants, dont un avec un management comme le vôtre & vous vous tirez dans le pied en agissant ainsi, vous n'allez rien économiser au long terme, votre restaurant va crash.

Prix démesuré pour la quantité de nourriture, to say the least. Temps d'attente long & impression d'un servez-vous vous-même. Peu de service, ce dernier est froid & impersonnel. Une petite crêpe au chocolat à 13,50 + tips, cher, bon, mais cher.

Pour un petit déjeuner tardif, cet endroit est excellent ! Se régaler avec des sucreries classe, pour tout instagrameur, vous ne serez pas déçus ! Petite note, le chocolat est assez fort donc, si comme moi vous pouvez vite avoir du mal, ne prenez pas une crêpe entière !
Highly recommend it! The crepe was soft & tasty. The toppings (browning bits, strawberry & ice cream) were also delicious & seemed fresh. I cannot wait to go back & try one of the savoury crepes!
Maybe we should have taken sweet crepes- cause beef & mushroom ones were both not tasty. Beef one was ok but nothing special - beef didn't go with feta- but the mushroom one was honestly just bad. Tons of crème sauce that didn't go with olives at all, & mushrooms were not fresh - but from can.. haven't finished it. Plus prices are higher than in other places - for really no reason.
Great little place for chocoholics. The menu is rich & varied in both chocolate desserts & drinks, including a large variety of hot chocolate drinks. We had the crepes & the chocolate dome dessert which is a dramatic show in itself Both desserts were really well made & the chocolate was top notch. Highly recommended if you're a chocolate lover & are nearby.

The quality & taste of their desserts are amazing. Undoubtedly the best crepes & waffles we had. Only thing is, sizes are pretty small wrt the prices they charge. Hence we felt this place to be overpriced. But no question about the taste though!
Visited this dessert spot when we were visiting MTL. The atmosphere is nice, & the decor looks sophisticated. It was definitely loud & packed inside. Felt a bit like a tourist trap, though, since it felt like the menu items were a little overpriced. Tasted good. The crepe was soft but expected a few more strawberries . Aesthetically, the food looks very pleasing. But overall, would I visit again? Perhaps not. It is one of those try it once if you can sort of spot.
We came here for dessert one evening after dinner, it was very busy inside the restaurant. We decided to share one milkshake & bubble crepe. We had the coffee-coffee-coffee jar shake & this was good, felt there was too much ice in the milkshake. The king kong bubble waffle had some great flavours. Would have like to try c'wow from the signature desserts as a lot of people were getting these. Would recommend coming here to try desserts, some great flavours on offer. One negative point is that service is very slow, takes some time to be acknowledged at the door, then for a table to be cleaned & seated.
Great dessert spot in the heart of Montreal. Would highly recommend if you are visiting Montreal for the first time & looking for something sweet after-dinner. We ordered the chicken salad, vegan hot chocolate & O'Canada crepe. Wife also loved it!
Service impeccable, bonne ambiance, mais la quantité de chocolat dans mes crêpes était beaucoup trop. D'autres personnes ont également fait le commentaire. Un pot de chocolat dans lequel je trempe mes crêpes aurait été plus agréable. Aussi, le menu avait beaucoup de choix mais peu ou décevants pour les véganes.
