Accueil hautain & méprisant dès l'arrivée. Le personnel se permet de prendre les clients de haut sans aucune raison, une arrogance qui donne surtout l'impression de masquer un sérieux manque de confiance & de professionnalisme, ce qui est inadmissible dans un établissement qui se dit'lounge'.
Le plus choquant : le lounge était pratiquement vide, mais on nous fait quand même attendre 20 minutes sans justification. & une fois'installés', c'était dans un coin exigu près de la porte, clairement inférieur au reste de la salle.
Face à ce manque de respect, on a préféré quitter les lieux, hors de question d'accepter ce genre de traitement.
Le malaise était évident & l'attitude du staff donnait clairement une impression de discrimination. Ce type de comportement n'a absolument pas sa place en 2026.
Au-delà du service client, c'est un sérieux manque de respect & de valeurs de base envers les clients.
Honestly, this was a disappointing experience. The crepe we received was not fresh at all. When we politely asked if it could be remade, the chef refused. Later, the waiter came back & told us the order was canceled without properly discussing it with us. That's not how customers should be treated. We came to enjoy crepes, not to deal with this kind of situation.
The service is excellent! The waiters are incredibly friendly, kind, & attentive, which always makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. They are always smiling, helpful, & make us feel very welcome. You can really tell they care about their customers. Great service from start to finish!

Good food & good place & good service & mustapha was excellent waiter,he made sure our meals were perfect & checked in just the right amount. Friendly attitude & great service definitely made our dining experience better I visited in 21 January
This is my go to shisha place. It has great flavours & the food is tasty. the service can be slow at peak times but better than most other shisha places as they refill your charcoal for free!
Honestly one of the best places to come to work & study, the food, shisha & drinks are amazing & always on point. Plus if you got George as your waiter, your extra blessed, he got you like no other waiter, he brings you a heater if you get cold. A HEATER to your table!! Fantastic guy.
Big shout out to George. i was cold as hell & he brought me a heater to my table.. such a great guy, take notes. btw the food is amazing, im not saying that cause george gave me the best service possible, im saying that because the food is actually amazing.
They have Montreal's best shisha & the food is amazing too good highly recommended for all shisha lovers & service is 100 out of 100 very respectful people & they know their job.
