Called to ask about reservations & was told they'don't do reservations.' Later found out they absolutely do , just apparently for friends & people they know. If you're not part of the inner circle, don't expect honesty or equal treatment. The issue isn't even the policy, it's being lied to directly. Pretty unprofessional way to run a restaurant.

On est venus avec des amis pour passer un bon moment, mais on nous a refusés en disant que c'était complet, alors qu'il y avait plein de tables libres. Vraiment déçus par l'accueil, on a dû aller dépenser notre argent ailleurs.

Expérience inacceptable au Castelo.

Accueil hautain & méprisant dès l'arrivée. Le personnel se permet de prendre les clients de haut sans aucune raison, une arrogance qui donne surtout l'impression de masquer un sérieux manque de confiance & de professionnalisme, ce qui est inadmissible dans un établissement qui se dit'lounge'.

Le plus choquant : le lounge était pratiquement vide, mais on nous fait quand même attendre 20 minutes sans justification. & une fois'installés', c'était dans un coin exigu près de la porte, clairement inférieur au reste de la salle.

Face à ce manque de respect, on a préféré quitter les lieux, hors de question d'accepter ce genre de traitement.

Le malaise était évident & l'attitude du staff donnait clairement une impression de discrimination. Ce type de comportement n'a absolument pas sa place en 2026.

Au-delà du service client, c'est un sérieux manque de respect & de valeurs de base envers les clients.

Il y a beaucoup mieux à Laval ou Montréal.
