We went for lunch October 28th & when we arrived, there was only two other tables. Quickly after we arrived, the restaurant filled up! The waitress was alone! Even then, she never stop smiling & she gave us an excellent service!
We went on a Tuesday afternoon, the waitress was working the whole restaurant alone. She was friendly, smiling & efficient. We were very impressed with her service.
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst Mexican meals I've had in a while. We used to love the downtown location, so we came in with high hopes, but this visit was really disappointing.
The food just wasn't good, the service was below average, & the ambiance was completely dead. Definitely not the same experience we remembered from before.
Vendredi soir pas si occupé, reçus nos assiettes après 1h45 min d'attente, plats qui attendaient sous le passe-plat depuis 25 min avant de les recevoir & le fajitas de mon conjoint est quand même arrivé 10 min après. Tout était froid & détrempé, les frites étaient dures comme de la roche...
I ordered food for my kids & the waiter came pretty quick but after that we couldn't even get water. My son asked the waiter for water & she said that she didn't want to go into the kitchen to get it & she said she didn't have the time. The overall food was okay but I wanted takeout for my youngest & she confused the order. We ended the dinner by getting the check & the waiter looked like she was expecting a tip. We left & we see a CHEF SMOKING right outside. How do I know he wasn't doing it in the kitchen.

Food is always good. Worth what you pay for. But the service is always great. & if you get a chance to be served by Sydney - jackpot! She is attentionate, quick & understanding!
Really Bad experience with the Server.
We were a group of 6 people celebrating a birthday. While during ordering she forgot to punch in 1 ordered item which I had to remind at end as I didnt recieve it. At time of bill I gave her 5% tip. She made a face on me & while I was leaving she came to see me to ask that why I gave less tip. Its a rule that when you go in Restaurants you have to tip & just because I forgot to add one dish. I explained her the tip depends on customer. She forced me to put 15% tip & was ranting because i gave her less tip. She told she was running around & too much work so she should have more tip but I again explained her that its the customer who decided the tip & not the server. At the end, she told me whatever & just left. Such a nice restaurant should not have servers like this & should show them the ettiqutes to deal with customer.
