This is not mexicain food I orded enchiladas with green tomato sauce received one with no sauce & melted cheese no flavor just tasted like cheese & order the tortilla soupe was amazing back then now half the size ,tasteless & very thick last time we are coming to the carlos & pepe

Vraiment aucun rapport avec le Carlos & pépés de Blainville , à Blainville vraiment meilleur & meilleur staff avec une plus belle ambiance & j'ai commander des nachos au boeuf & on ma littéralement servis une cuillère de sauce à spaghetti sur mes nachos 🤨? & le boeuf n'était pas la appart dans la sauce à spaghetti..
We arrived at Carlos & Pepe's at 7:00 PM with a group of 8 people. After waiting 1 hour & 24 minutes, we were informed that the chef had quit & our food had not even been started.
There were only two staff members trying to manage the entire restaurant - serving tables & attempting to cook at the same time. We truly felt sorry for them, as they were clearly overwhelmed & placed in an impossible situation.
What made this even more frustrating is that no one came to update us. Only after over 1 hour & 15 minutes, when we specifically asked what was happening, were we finally told about the situation.
This is not the level of service you expect from a well-known franchise. Management & ownership at this location need to do much better - both in communication & in ensuring adequate staffing so customers & employees are not put in these situations.
Carlos & Pepe's in Laval has become one of my favorite go-to spots for dinner with friends on a whim. The atmosphere is always fun & welcoming, & the service is usually super friendly & attentive. Their drinks are really nice, perfect to start off the night, & the food portions are generous. I especially love the beef nachos-they're loaded, tasty, & perfect for sharing. Always a great experience here, whether it's a casual night out or just craving some good Tex-Mex.

Jai ete pour la 1ere fois avec un couple d'ami ( centropolis laval ) j'avais jamais ete la bas, & nous avons ete chez Carlos & Pepe's .
Tres belle place , tranquile , tres bon service ....la seule chose ......les bancs en bois .....bon ca doit etre pour le style mexicain .....mais banc pas confo dutout . Pour le reste cest excellent 👍👌

We visited Carlos & Pepe's around 10:00 PM. The service was very good-respectful, friendly, & attentive ,The prices were affordable . However, I was disappointed with the food. The rice was extremely dry & difficult to chew, & it lacked the flavor I remember from previous visits. Additionally, one of the plates brought to our table was dirty, & we had to ask for a replacement. While mistakes can happen, I believe it's important for staff to double-check items before serving them. Overall, great service but the food & attention to detail could be improved.

I had an incredible dining experience at Carol's & Pepe's, thanks to the exceptional service provided by our waiter Nick. From start to finish, they went above & beyond to ensure our evening was perfect. Nick's recommendations were spot-on-every dish he suggested was delicious & exactly what we were looking for. The attention to detail & friendly demeanor truly made the evening memorable. If you're looking for great food & impeccable service, I highly recommend dining here & ask for him.

I recently visited Carlos & Pepe's & had an amazing experience. The Mexican food was absolutely fantastic & bursting with authentic flavors. Each dish, from the appetizers to the main courses, was a delightful taste of Latin cuisine. The vibrant atmosphere & great vibes added to the overall enjoyment, making it a perfect spot for a fun, lively dining experience. I hadn't been to Carlos & Pepe's in possibly a decade! Went with a friend on a Thursday night. The restaurant was not busy & the service was quick. The decor was charming, the food was very tasty, however, I was disappointed with the price. I had the combo fajita which included three shrimp & three average slices of chicken over a pile of onions & peppers & we shared a fry. The meal cost me just shy of $45 & I only had a glass of water to drink (no bottled water, no alcohol, no coffee, no dessert). Even with the rise in prices, this is insane. I found pricing quite steep. For this reason, I will not be returning.

Nous sommes des clients fidèles au Carlos&Pepes . Quel désastre!!!! Direct au début il nous demande que voulons nous a boir & je lui précise que je suis allergique a la mangue . Une fois quil arrive avec les boissons il me donne le verre a mon ami qui etait un cocktail a la mangue & quand je lui demande si cest ma boisson au pêche ou si cest celui a la mangue il ne me répond rien !! Il nous demande si on prend des entrées mais il est tellement distret qu'il nous écoute même pas ... on a du se répéter plusieur fois .
Il s'attendait a avoir du tip renversant pour son service vraiment médiocre & quand il a regarder son reçu il c'est fâché contre mon ami & il lui a parlé a deux doigt de la face !!! Même si je lui ai versé un montant de tip il ne ma meme pas souhaiter une bonne soirée en quittant & il a regarder mon amie & lui a dit « decaliss » ... dear god !!!! Le genre de serveur qui mérite la porte !!!
Carlos & Pepes was a restaurant my wife suggested so we went for lunch. Once we arrived, there was no wait & we were seated instantly. Service was acceptable but nothing out of the ordinary. We ordered Chicken Quesadillas & Chicken Fajitas, both very good & enjoyable. The setting is amazing; you feel that you are on vacation down south with all those colors. The decor is attractive even the door bathrooms have an interesting design. Recommended for the food & the setting.

Je vous recommande les burrItos. Ils sont délicieux! À chaque bouchée j'avais des coeurs dans les yeux :)
Les serveurs sont sympa & le service est rapide, même un vendredi soir.
On peut y aller en famille, avec des amis ou en couple. Je ne recommande pas l'endroit pour un diner d'affaire puisque c'est tout de même très bruyant & informel.
