Excellent jerk chicken- a must try.

I tried many jerk chicken from different restaurants in my life, even in jamaica aswell. But none of those places had what Caribbean food factory has! The staff very nice. The ambience was okay. But I went for the food & the Rice was very dry, they didn't put any gravy on the rice & peas, & put too much rice. & the plantain was also dry & semi hard, not soft at all. But the jerk chicken was very good. Also I was surprised to see that the roti was in a shape of a burrito & not a square, also sadly was very dry inside. Not enough juices or gravy on the potatoes or rice & very little pasta that I had to dig for at the bottom of the rice for. Overall, sadly not the best experience.Voir plus
