I tried many jerk chicken from different restaurants in my life, even in jamaica aswell. But none of those places had what Caribbean food factory has! This spot here has the best jerk chicken plate ever, it is so good I could be eating that daily for the rest of my life. Best order is Jerk chicken plate & a set of fried dumplings.Voir plus

God tier jerk chicken. Nothing compares. Always ridiculously tender & juicy chicken ,0 excess fat & flavor through the roof. Not once has it not been fresh, despite being delivery. It's fresher delivered than places on place. The Mac pie Is incredibly good, so are the fried doughnut things. Other meat offerings are also amazing such as the beef stew, but the jerk chicken stands out as the best I've had by a large margin.Voir plus

This place is stellar, run by good people, portions are fantastic, prices are insanely good, & they have a quick turn around time. Dont waste your money at KFC or McDonalds, you can eat a whole lot better here. Their fried chicken is incredible & crunchy, & absolutely tastes delicious. The sides they offer up are equally as great, lots of variety in their meals, you get well fed right & proper. We are talking high end AAA quality food for the gods here, but with fast food prep times & take out options.Voir plus
Went to the restaurant on Wednesday, July 03-2024. We had jerk chicken, brown stew fish, & fried chicken dinner. BEST Jamaican food we have had from a restaurant. Considering that we live in Toronto, this was the best of the best. Taste, seasoned, spiced, & authentic. Great job Master Guy!! You should expand to Toronto. Wonderful experience. Don't hesitate or second guess. The food here is amazingly good. We will definitely be visiting again!!Voir plus
Tasty food, great seasoning. I order it on ubereats a lot & it's always a treat. Just wish it had a bit more plantains & the portion got a bit smaller. Also it said it came with a fried dumpling but didn't get that but either way still worth it.Voir plus
I feel compelled to write this review based on the interaction I had post dining experience. This past weekend, I attended an event where I ordered dinner. I was looking forward to eating at this establishment as I had never eaten there before. I was planning to return & recommend it...if it was good. I arrived at the event on time & figured food would be served one hour after starting. No... The main meal was served 3 1/2 hours later & when it came it was not what I ordered. No water was served at the tables. When it came to the food I received, the chicken was well seasoned & the fried dumpling was fried fresh. The rice & plantain was dry. Most guests received their meals 3 hours later than event start time although they had arrived early. I decided to go back & ask about what might have occurred that affected the lack of service. The person whom I spoke with was not in any way willing to admit error nor were they in the right mind to be communicating with customers. They contended that they were not obliged to serve guests tap water as the guests should have brought their own water. They also said that they needed to be told when to serve dinner although it was discussed with them before hand what time dinner was to be served. They served the dinner after the event was supposed to have ended. I offered several suggestions to improve the service, however the person rudely said that they did not need to change & said, "Who are you anyway. I don't need to talk to you." I explained that I am a customer & that as you are running a business you have to be professional. It would be better to send the client your policies for specific events & rentals & what services are provided." It was an in house event. As a manager, it was their responsibility to ensure that their guests were well served. From a lack of cutlery to glassware to food to basic customer service, this manager had no shame. I will never return. I will never recommend this business. It's unfortunate because the business owner works very hard, however they are leaving all their hard work to a person who may not appreciate nor recognise the sacrifices made to establish & keep a business running.Voir plus
