"Ordered a milkshake and received no straw to drink said milkshake. If I had a spoon at my work maybe just maybe i could have enjoyed it still but sadly i didnt. Had to let it melt so i could drink it without a straw. Also ordered fries and asked for ketchup in the notes but received none. Kind of irritating since these two things are not that hard..."
