What a fabulous meal & an outstanding level of service. The Italo-Peruvian fusion is a winner. The Tuna was perfect, the beef brisket so tender. The menu is simple but diverse. Thanks to all the staff for making our wedding meal so memorable 🍾❤?🥂
If your idea of good dining is discovering new flavours & unusual combinations that taste fantastic, go to Capisco. Chef Marcel Larrea had previously given us modern Peruvian Japanese & Chinese treats at his ultra-popular restaurants Tiradito & Chifa (where I always take friends). At Capisco, he delivers his wonderful take on Italian. Don't expect the ordinary. You'll have tons of fun.
We stopped just to have a drink, rest a bit, & watch the people go by in the pedestrian zone. Our well tattooed waiter treated us just as well as if we had ordered their finest fare.
Capisco is your best bet on rue St Paul. It has charm, the friendliest staff, & of course, some of the best food in Old Montreal. If just reading off the menu wasn't enough.. & it's not, the dishes are rather unique, they're delicious with some tantalizing flavours, the plating is on point, with creative cocktails. It's a welcome experience, for Old Montreal.. or New!! Inside or patio, indulge in some of the finest. Highly recommend.

Thank you Joseph & Capisco for an amazing'blind menu' dinner. Every course was a beautifully prepared & delicious with a mouthwatering gnocchi & beef brisket main course. Perfect Rue Saint Paul location for people watching & excellent street music during our meal. Highly recommend for anyone travelling to Old Town Montreal.
I loved my dinner at capisco!! They welcomed us in excellence & served us very good plates. We we all satisfied. The carbonara, the ceviche & the bread are the best things in my opinion. Will be back soon
