Excellente cuisine italienne revisitée avec la cuisine péruvienne. Mélange fin & subtil, très bien équilibré. Le service est personnalisé & les suggestions sont de bons propos. Une adresse à recommander pour son originalité & sa finesse.
Les cocktails sont vraiment uniques & riche en saveur. Le service est impeccable & je n'ai jamais manqué de rien. Vraiment une belle découverte dans le vieux-port de Montréal!! Il faut absolument aller y faire un tour:))

La nourriture était surprenante & délicieuse. Le staff était accueillant & passionné. Les cocktails sont créatif & réfléchi. L'expérience vaut le détour! Nouveau meilleur spot du vieux port!
We had an awesome meal at Capisco. We really liked the decor & vibe when we walked in. For drinks we had a pisco sour (a classic), & the Rosa do Botija (like a salty gin martini - delicous!). For appetizers we had the Pulpo & the Tiradito - both really had amazing combinations of flavours. The octopus & olive combination was delicious. For entrees we had the lasagna & the short ribs. There was a slight delay getting the mains, but I feel that's pretty normal given that it's a new restaurant. The lasagna was great, though would have been cool to have more of a Peruvian twist on it. The short ribs & gnocchi was mindblowing. I will definitely get that again. We wanted to try another dish, so we had the Melosito di Mariscos, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Next time, I want to try the carbonara. One of the highlights was our waitress, Asia (hope I spelled that right!). She was super friendly, made lots of great suggestions on what to get, & gave us truly excellent service. Can't wait to go back to Capisco.
Capisco was a lovely choice to enjoy our first meal in Old Montreal. The Endive salad was light & refreshing & generous enough to share. The Anancini appetizer was hearty with a sauce that made you want to lick your plate clean. Our main course was the Short Ribs Lomosaltado. It had so many textures in one dish. The creamy gnocchi, sweet soft tomato, crunchy fried onion, stir fried onion, flavorful beef & huancaina cheese sauce all made the dish quite memorable. We finished with creme brulee cheese cake & latte. The staff were sincere in their desire to make our meal memorable. It was a delicious start to enjoy Montreal.
Mon nouveau resto pref !! Ambiance lounge décontractée, parfait pour une date ou un souper entre amis. Service toujours bon, si vous connaissez Chifa ou Tiradito c'est votre prochain arrêt au vieux port ❤️ merci à toute l'équipe
