C'était la deuxième fois que nous sommes allés à cet endroit. C'était notre anniversaire de mariage. Tout le monde a été d'une serviabilité sans pareil. À part l'excellent menu régulier, à chaque semaine , ils ont un thème culinaire sur lequel ils développent un menu. Cette fois-ci c'était un menu coréen. C'était absoluement délicieux encore une fois. C'était de la haute gastronomie à un prix raisonnable. Tout le personnel à partir du propriétaire qui est venu à notre table, qui nous montré comment il faisait un plat avec une approche culinaire moléculaire avec azote liquide pour congeler un aliment à ès basse température, un chef de cuisine qui vient à noter table & tous les gens du service à la clientèle. Bref, je recommande hautement Le Calibré & nous allons certaienment y retourner bientôt. BTW, deux bornes électriques dans le stationnement.

Première expérience pour découvrir ce restaurant. J'y suis allé pour un dîner & je n'ai pas été déçu. Le repas du midi était excellent & le service super. Je vais y retourner mais pour essayer d'autres plats en soirée sûrement. J'ai aussi profité d'un vin italien.
