J'ai pas aimé la place est encombrer est exigu un peu bruyant les tables sont toutes petites on a du mal à circuler. un peu dessus pour ce dont à quoi je m'attendais.

La barista du matin est très agréable & jovial puis elle est très contientieuse au niveau des allergies alimentaires de ces clients j'ai eue un excellent service & j'apprécie énormément

The woman at the counter needs to learn how to smile!Be polite to the customers. Maybe she should focus on cleaning up the tables & floors that are disgustingly filthy in here!
Cosy. Quiet. Perfect when it's cold outside. Nice decorations. Great athmosphere. Extensive menu with coffees, sandwiches, & sweets. Fast attentive service. Located in the Dix30 outdoor mall, if you feel like strolling around. Overall a great experience. Up to now, this is my favorite coffee shop on the south shore.
The staff is respectful & polite. The store has a nice seating area & it's a great place if you want to spend some time & browse. A pleasant environment overall.

Van Houtte never misses. Excellent quality coffee, smoothies, pastries, & sandwiches. This location is particularly great because the service was fantastic! Patient, helpful, & friendly staff - they even brought our drinks out to us on the terasse once they were ready. Will definitely be back.
Cozy is the word to describe the place. Its not big like a starbucks, it actually feels like a small coffee shop & it shows by the clientele visiting. There are a lot of elderly people just drinking coffee & talking, in the middle of Dix30, that's insane. Coffee is average & tables looks weird but for a chain restaurant, the vibe is definitely pretty nice.
