Cosy. Quiet. Perfect when it's cold outside. Nice decorations. Great athmosphere. Extensive menu with coffees, sandwiches, & sweets. Fast attentive service. Located in the Dix30 outdoor mall, if you feel like strolling around. Overall a great experience. Up to now, this is my favorite coffee shop on the south shore.

Van Houtte never misses. Excellent quality coffee, smoothies, pastries, & sandwiches. This location is particularly great because the service was fantastic! Patient, helpful, & friendly staff - they even brought our drinks out to us on the terasse once they were ready. Will definitely be back.
Cozy is the word to describe the place. Its not big like a starbucks, it actually feels like a small coffee shop & it shows by the clientele visiting. There are a lot of elderly people just drinking coffee & talking, in the middle of Dix30, that's insane. Coffee is average & tables looks weird but for a chain restaurant, the vibe is definitely pretty nice.
Great coffee & Croissant. Had their pistachio croissant. It had adequate amount of filling & tasted yum . Great combination with the hot cup of coffee on a rainy day

Van Houtte offers a delightful escape from the everyday hustle. Their coffees are exceptional, brewed with care by the barista who really enjoy his job. Maybe that's the special ingredient. I cannot forget about their sandwiches, they're so flavourful! Don't get your hopes down by the small size of the shop, the atmosphere is pretty warm & its a perfect place to take a rest
Bro im telling ya, this coffee shop is better than Starbucks. Their muffins make me go to heaven after I have them & their drinks cause me to get knocked out by the amazing flavour. & the staff are so nice. Especially that one dude with glasses who looks like the manager. He the real one! I would highly recommend this shop as I dream of it when I go to sleep!
A nice spot in Dix30 for coffee & meeting up with a friend. Service is good & there is a nursing room adjacent to the washrooms in case you have a baby & need some privacy! I also love their little balcony in the summer.
OMG I love love love the music choice whoever is on playlist duty totally rocks! There was a nice mix of soft rock including November Rain by GnR, Black velvet, some Fleetwood Mac, wild horses by rolling stones. Ugh just a nice vibe to sip coffee to. The food was delicious. & the girl who served me was so sweet!
