This is one of our go-to spots to take people from out of town. Lots of gorgeous hanging plants & a vintage design that gives the place warmth & liveliness. The pizzas are very unique so be ready to try something new. The menu is small but good. They have tables near open windows in the summer which is so cute & at night you can head over to the attached bar which is equally a vibe.Voir plus

I think it's safe to say this is my favourite restaurant in the city.
That said, we've had multiple issues with one server (mullet & tattoos), who has given us a negative attitude every time we've encountered her -- as though we are bothering her, or that we're made to feel stupid. She stands out for having such a negative & disrespectful attitude, especially because everyone else is so accommodating. It's actually surprising that she would want to work in service, since she expresses such disdain for the public. If we weren't such fans of the restaurant, her attitude would be reason for us to not come back.

One of our favourite Montéal restaurants! The first time we visited Café Parvis, it was by a happy & lucky coincidence. We were seated at the counter & the waiting staff was extremely kind & helpful - they recommended us a few things, & let me tell you: this place served the best beef tartare we've had so far! The chocolate cake is great, & they have a brunch menu for weekends with great breakfast/brunch pizza's. The interior is also something worth noting, with lots of green hanging plants. This makes for a great brunch spot, or chill lunch! To the restaurant: please bring back the beef tartare on the menu; my partner is screaming "MAH tartare" every time I ask her what she is craving (she won't share...)Voir plus
