We really enjoyed our meal at Café Noya. We ordered the Creamy Miso Udon with Mushrooms, Chicken Stir Fry Udon, Unagi Onigiri, a Matcha Brownie & a Matcha Latté. Everything was so delicious. The udon noodles were bouncy & every bite was so flavourful. We only wished the portion was a bit bigger. We were impressed by the deep matcha flavour of the desserts. Even though the restaurant was busy on a Saturday lunch, it was easy to find a seat & to chat. The bathrooms were surprisingly clean even if it's shared with the next door restaurant. Will definitely return for more delicious food.

By chance we walked in this place & made us remember when we were in Japan. The curry is amazing & the onigiri as well. Love it! Really close the best western hotel ville-marie.

Ordered the beef udon. Bland, oily, & overpriced. Never would recommend.

20 minutes d'attente pour finalement apprendre qu'il n'y avait aucun onigiri disponible, sans aucune indication sur le menu ou sur place. Service extrêmement lent & personnel clairement en sous-effectif. Très mauvaise expérience.

Their hot matcha latte has sugar (pumped syrups) which was undisclosed, normal cafes don't make it with sugar. When I tasted one sip & told the staff if it's possible to re-make a new one with no sugar because it shouldn't be the case (such as cappuccino or normal authentic matcha latte shouldn't have sugar as a default), he refused & told me there is nothing he can do. Never been to a place with such bad experience. No apologies, says the manager is no here, didn't disclose syrup content in the hot drink. Super stubborn staff who doesn't care about customer experience & very expensive food too. Do not recommend.
