Currently solo traveling throughout Montreal & I loved this spot. I decided to stray away from my itinerary & try this cafe out & I am so glad I did.
Upon walking in, the team (Marco & Rocco) were immediately so welcoming & kind, I felt comfortable right away.
I ordered the pistachio donut & matcha latte w/ almond milk & I'd recommend both. The donut was delicious with the perfect amount of pistachio filling & just the right amount of sweetness. The matcha was also really good.
The atmosphere is chill & cozy, & it's such a good third space whether you're coming alone or with friends. The cafe feels family owned!

Le service est très sympa, la bonne humeur est contagieuse & la bouffe est excellente!. Les desserts …. Mmmmmmmmmm! Le café, le chocolat chaud sont excellents!

The owner was quite rude during our service. As tourists visiting we wanted to try the best local coffee & bagels together. It is understandable if they did not want to allow outside food, but making this clear upfront when we ordered would have been helpful so I could order to go. Inside it looks like any other coffee shop that allows this.
Once this misunderstanding was identified the worker seemed to be in fear of the owner finding out. I understood why when the owner approached & asked me if I had a problem with him. I would recommend take out if you end up here.

I ordered an Americano & a pistachio croissant.
The staff were very friendly, & the atmosphere was warm & welcoming.
Both the croissant & the coffee were absolutely delicious.
I'd definitely come back again.
