The owner was quite rude during our service. As tourists visiting we wanted to try the best local coffee & bagels together. It is understandable if they did not want to allow outside food, but making this clear upfront when we ordered would have been helpful so I could order to go. Inside it looks like any other coffee shop that allows this.
Once this misunderstanding was identified the worker seemed to be in fear of the owner finding out. I understood why when the owner approached & asked me if I had a problem with him. I would recommend take out if you end up here.

Exelente adresse familiale italienne ! Deux frères rocco à la cuisine fait des délicieuse pizza ,sandwich ,salade etc.. & marco au bar à expresso super sympas il met l ambiance on rigole souvent avec lui ! Très bonne musique italienne en fond des années 90 ! Je recommande à tous vraiment un coup coeur ! Becco à toute la famille y compris la maman Antoinette !
This is my favorite cafe in the city. They have fresh baked goods & delicious sandwiches everyday & the best coffee ☕ I've been able to find. I go as often as possible & would recommend it to anyone. It's run by two brothers & their mother from Italy & they have a small staff who are all very nice & the place is very clean & well managed. I have several dietary restrictions & they're very attentive about it. I've never had a bad experience & I look forward to many more visits.
5 étoiles partout pour ce café où l'on peut aussi déguster toute une palette de spécialités italiennes, sucrées ou salées. Qualité des produits, authenticité des plats, toute la saveur de l'Italie transportée à Montréal. Sans parler de la gentillesse de l'accueil & du service. Au comptoir ou en cuisine, chacune & chacun veille sur vous avec attention & sourire. Mention particulière pour Audrey & son sourire, bien charmante hôtesse. La Mamma veille sur toute l'organisation avec ses deux fils, on pourrait être à Florence ou à Naples, on se sent (très) bien. Terrasse lorsqu'il fait beau, une salle agréable. De beaux produits italiens à vendre sur place (pâtes, café...). Très recommandable à tout point de vue ! Merci pour tout & à bientôt j'espère.

One of my favorite Cafés in MTL
The coffee, paninis, sweet treats, the vibe, everything is great but especially the barista. He brews phenomenal coffee. 100% recommend
I had an incredible experience at this café. The cappuccino was simply amazing-smooth with perfect consistency & a beautifully foamy top. The light dusting of chocolate was a nice touch that made it even better. The chocolate croissant was fresh & buttery, the perfect pairing with my coffee. I also loved the thoughtful gesture of being brought a glass of iced water alongside everything. One of the highlights was the unique & pleasant classical music playing inside. It really added to the cozy, relaxing atmosphere. Special shout-out to Alex, the nicest barista ever! Their service made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by!
Wow! Superb! The owner & staff are wonderful. We couldn't decide what cannoli to order & the owner came over with both cut in half for us to share. To top it off they were delicious. Highly recommend the pistachio cannoli. Will definitely be returning
