Coffee is decent, but the space is incredibly crowded. It might be because I'm only ever getting coffee during peak hours when students have filled the place, & that's why it feels uncomfortably crowded, but otherwise it's nice. The rewards for regular customers is a nice touch too.Voir plus

The coffee is delicious & the service is fast & pleasant. I recommend their scones as well ! Coffee shop tends to be packed with students on their laptops so maybe not the greatest spot to go catch up with a friend. But great to grab & go! (Or study if you're a student ;) )Voir plus

Sub par service with a latte that is not what it used to be.
I drank countless lattes in Cafe Nocturne. I used to consider it the best (by far) latte in MTL.
It was at least 4:45 ….All the stools were on the tables! « we are closed » said the staff. Where did all the customers go in 5 minutes?
I’m sure there was a change in ownership. It’s the only explanation.
I know for sure Michael would have never tolerated that.
As a constructive criticism, it used to be perfect coffee. It was more than coffee, an experience. It’s sad. Customer service level simply went south with a touch of arrogance.Voir plus
