Ouvert en 2008 à quelques pas de l'Université Concordia, le Café Myriade mise avant tout sur la qualité de son café. Ses deux fondateurs ont déjà fait leurs preuves en tant que baristas (spécialistes dans la préparation de boissons à base de café).
Café Myriade est perçu comme une halte incontournable à Montréal: le café est généralement excellent, les baristas sont chaleureux et les torréfactions locales ainsi que les viennoiseries plaisent beaucoup; l'ambiance est cosy et conviviale, avec une vraie présence de quartier et une clientèle fidèle, mais l'endroit peut devenir très fréquenté et les places assises difficiles à trouver lorsque c est plein ou qu il neige; le service est en général rapide et efficace, même si certaines observations signalent qu une personne seule peut assurer la caisse et que certains membres du personnel paraissent moins attentifs ou fâchés par le manque de français selon l'équipe; la machine espresso haut de gamme et des choix comme le latte, le mocha et le chai latte reçoivent de bons retours, tout comme les pâtisseries et les muffins véganes; c est idéal pour discuter entre amis, travailler ou prendre un café à emporter, même si le wifi n est pas toujours disponible et que les prix restent raisonnables compte tenu du quartier; dans l'ensemble, c est l'une des meilleures adresses café de Montréal.
We happened upon this cafe, not realizing its reputation in Montreal. It was the best latte I had in the city, & again, completely unexpected. The barista was so kind & made recommendations for my husband & I. Highly recommend for a quick breakfast or to-go treat.
Very busy even the morning which is fine bc I thought it meant it's gonna be good but I found the guy at the cash a bit rude. Even after repeating my order twice he got it wrong so a little disappointing but I still was willing to try. For the price i paid the portion is very small so would recommend other places around the area.
Overall, one of the best coffee shops in Montreal. Great service, coffee, & selection. A bit on the smaller size, so on busy days, you might think about getting it to go.
Quelle découverte agréable du coin en marchant! Le café eat frais avec une saveur délicate. Il vent aussi du café éthiopien qui est réputé d'avoir un goût fruité. Recommandé x100 👍👍👍

My partner & I learned about Cafe Myriade from the barista Ram when we visited Micro Espresso. We are visitors to Montreal & love coffee so we were keen on checking this place out as well. Ram was an absolute delight at both Myriade & Micro Espresso. I had an espresso while my partner had a latte. The espresso was really tasty. Smooth, slightly acidic, great balance of bitterness & sourness, & really fragrant. While the drinks were good, the best part was the interactions with Ram. He was so friendly, easy going & overall made the experience 10 times better. I'm convinced the coffee tasted as good as it did because of Ram. 10/10. Would definitely recommend.
Love this spot very cheap for a fancy coffee honestly like my matcha was 3$!🙀🙀🙀🙀 (Im a matcha addict) very bussin the matcha is good quality & the place rlly cute & cozy def recommend😗
Been getting their filter & I love it! Well priced. Their pastries are also good & reasonably priced - I recommend the cheese croissant. Super friendly staff & cute ambiance.
If I lived in Montreal this would probably be my go to coffee place after trying 7-9 others. Coffee is really good for on the go, great for the price. However, it's a really busy spot with not much room to sit. Recommend to go
We have been going to this branch for many years now, & I can say that they have the best coffee in town. It is always of the same high quality & consistency. I have tried the other locations, but honestly, they are not the same as this one. If you love specialty coffee, I highly recommend this place.
The best cappuccino I've had the pleasure of having in Montreal. Delicious espresso, thicc creamy foam to top it off, & a mesmerizing aroma you bring it all together. Chill & friendly staff, to make it a perfect cafe experience. It's really popular, so if you want to get a table, I would recommend going here on a weekday.
