Overall, Café Miracolo earns abundant praise for its warm, eclectic atmosphere and stunning decor that feels festive for both dates and groups. The kitchen draws frequent acclaim for a creative, flavorful menu ranging from fresh oysters and carpaccio to house made pastas, mortadella, burrata and other small plates, with tasting menus and sharing options highlighted as great ways to sample the menu. Cocktails are described as inventive and well balanced, and service is often noted as attentive and friendly, even when the room is busy. While portions are praised as generous by many, some reviews call them small for the price and a few experiences note slower pace during peak times or occasional lapses in wine knowledge. Nonetheless, Café Miracolo is presented as a memorable Italian dining spot with excellent food, a remarkable atmosphere, and a staff that tends to elevate the evening, leaving many eager to return.
Best food & cocktails we've had in forever! We had such a wonderful time here! The staff was very friendly, service was fast, & the restaurant is gorgeous. Lovely ambience for a date or group dinner. Our bartender Simon made us excellent cocktails & was very welcoming. The food was absolutely to die for. We had the mortadella & carpaccio. Truly phenomenal food & drinks. We'll be back soon.

Warm & inviting space. Although not the place to go if you want a quiet/intimate night. Great drinks & the food was delicious. We ordered multiple entrées to share tapas style & every single one was amazing as well as the dessert. Fantastic, friendly service without being overbearing. The entire experience was 5 stars. Definitely going back.
(Lundi soir). Je ne retournerai pas.
I visited Café Miracolo yesterday with a group of four friends. We were seated on the patio promptly, which was a nice start, but the service quickly became disorganized. It took about 8 minutes for someone to take our drink orders, & from there we experienced a series of delays & miscommunication. Only two drinks arrived after 10 minutes, & we had to point out the missing water & wine-both of which came later via different staff. By this point, we had interacted with at least four servers. Everyone was polite & friendly, but it was clear the team wasn't communicating effectively.
We were encouraged to share mains as they were supposedly good for two people, but this turned out to be misleading. The portions were definitely individual-sized, so sharing left some of us hungry. The starters were the highlight: burrata (9/10) & focaccia (9/10) were delicious & well-portioned. However, after finishing those, we waited another 20-30 minutes for our mains, which added to the overall feeling of scattered service.
The mains were hit or miss-lasagna was underwhelming (6/10) & lacked flavor, while the rigatoni was decent (8/10) but needed more depth. Again, portions were more suited to individual diners than groups.
In the end, it was a 6/10 experience. The friendly staff & great starters were definite positives, but the disjointed service & uneven food quality made it hard to fully enjoy.
First of all, this restaurant is beautiful, very unique & different decor, gives for a great atmosphere. The service is amazing. The food was incredible as well, the arancini was, I think, the star of the show. Drinks are priced very reasonably & so was the food. I recommend!

Staff is friendly & well-meaning but was totally overwhelmed by the number of guests so we had to wait a long time for our drinks & food. I understand the value of offering an outside patio but for the size of the kitchen & bar, I can't see how that's sustainable. I really felt bad for the team going at 110% non-stop throughout the night... on a Wednesday.
Food presentation was beautiful & appetizing but fell a little short on the flavour side. The mortadella grillé & the asparagus were my favourites.
Finally, the value is simply incredible. Good food & great staff in a stunning setting on the Main for under a 100$? Bravo!
one of my favorite resto bars in the city! I can't decide if the atmosphere, the drinks/food, or the service is the best part. Heavily recommend the tequila old fashioned if you're into alcohol (non-sweet) tasting drinks, the tomato octopus dish is also lovely, def recommend!

Having walked by Miracolo countless times, drawn by its charm, we finally decided to stop in for a birthday supper. The restaurant's interior design is quirky & densely decorated in a way that feels intentional yet unique-a style that might not suit everyone but worked well for me. We were greeted warmly & given a choice of seating, which was a nice touch. Opting for a cozy table by the windows, we enjoyed a view of the lively street outside. It quickly became apparent that Miracolo's atmosphere draws as much attention from passersby as it does from patrons inside; people often stopped to peer in, some even taking photos, which only added to the restaurant's sense of allure. The service was friendly, though it seemed the staff might be fairly new, as our server needed to consult the kitchen several times when we had questions about the menu. I do appreciate their honesty & willingness to find answers instead of improvising-a small thing that shows a commitment to quality service. We arrived at around 5 p.m., when the dining room was still quiet, but it quickly filled up as the evening progressed. Thankfully, even with a full house, the noise level was manageable, allowing for comfortable conversation without feeling like we had to raise our voices-a definite plus in my book. Our dining experience began with the "mortadella, salsa verde, provolone, & pistachio" starter, which we ordered with a mindset of sharing. Expecting a charcuterie-style presentation, we were surprised to receive a rolled dish with all the ingredients combined into a single structure. This was a bit of a misstep for us, as the rolled format prevented my vegetarian partner from enjoying it, & I ended up eating it solo. In retrospect, we should have asked more about the presentation to avoid any surprises. For the mains, I ordered the lasagna bolognese with béchamel & pesto alla genovese, along with a side of scarpetta & focaccia. The lasagna arrived as a generously sized yet quite thin slice, baked to perfection with a great balance of textures & flavors. The focaccia was beautifully soft & fresh, but unfortunately, the sauce served alongside it was so salty that it was virtually inedible. The heavy-handed seasoning left the sauce untouched for the rest of the meal. My partner ordered the eggplant with salsa pugliese, labneh, & pangrattato, but sadly, it suffered from the same issue: the seasoning was overpowering, with salt dominating every bite. It's unfortunate when the richness of a dish's flavors is drowned out by excessive salt, especially with ingredients as promising as these. Thankfully, dessert saved the day. We opted for the tiramisu, & while its presentation was modest-almost humble-it was wonderfully executed, with a smooth, creamy texture & balanced sweetness. It was a true standout & showed that Miracolo has the potential to deliver quality when everything aligns. Our experience with the drinks was mixed as well. An espresso martini that was delightful, bold yet smooth, & a cider that was crisp & refreshing. However, the long island iced teas left much to be desired. Mine tasted unexpectedly of ginger, while my partner's tasted oddly reminiscent of cough syrup. Neither tasted remotely like a classic long island iced tea, which was a bit disappointing given how well they did with the other drinks. I should mention that I don't think this drink is on the menu, but they fulfilled our request for them - a greatly appreciated touch. At around $160, including tip, the price point felt completely reasonable had the food consistently met expectations. However, with the number of hits & misses, it was hard to walk away feeling completely satisfied. Miracolo has an undeniable charm & an ambiance that's both unique & inviting, but when it comes down to it, we visit a restaurant primarily for the food. While I enjoyed parts of the experience, the meal didn't quite hit the high note I'd hoped for on a special occasion like a birthday.

I recently dined at Miracolo in Montreal with my boyfriend, & it was an exceptional evening. We each started with a drink-an Amaro Julep & a Cosmopolitan-& both were fantastic, perfectly balanced & flavorful. For appetizers, we tried the burratini with strawberries, which was an unexpected yet delightful combination. It was fresh, creamy, & a great start to the meal. We also had the focaccia, which was soft & delicious. Our main dish was a plate of pasta, & like everything else, it was spot on in terms of flavor & texture. The ambiance of Miracolo is something special. The place is super cute, with mirrors everywhere & unique decorations that give it a stylish yet cozy feel. There's also a terrace outside, which would be perfect for warmer evenings. What really made the night even better was the service. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, & helpful with recommendations. Overall, the experience was wonderful, & I can't wait to return!
A lot of 3 stars reviews here are bang on. The food is average at best, I often feel like I have to justify saying this but there's so many amazing places around & in this case, owned by the same people, with much better food. It's pricey & not particularly well executed. To give specifics, the Ceasar salad is blend, the bavette was served with an overpowering acidic sauce & the fries were just fine. The whole time I felt like the server was bothered, he barely came over. I had to ask for water refills & was never offered a new drink. All in all a below average spot that costs too much.
