Les avis sur Cafe Kokiri présentent une cafe coréenne cosy et accueillante avec une carte variée: cafe coréen authentique, bulgogi en bahn mi, hot-dogs coréens, bingsu surtout la fraise, croffles et desserts, bubble tea et ramyun; le bingsu est salué pour sa texture et ses garnitures croquantes, et certains le trouvent proche du style coréen traditionnel; le service est attentif et sympathique, l'ambiance cosy avec lo-fi et une décoration mignonne, et l'endroit est pratique pour travailler ou se détendre; des améliorations mineures sont évoquées comme la coupe du petit bol de bingsu et le sucre du tteokbokki, mais l'ensemble donne l'impression d'une adresse abordable, conviviale et agréable pour prendre un café et déguster des plats coréens, avec parfois une cabine photo pour amusement.
Une expérience globalement positive, mais avec quelques réserves. L'ambiance est agréable & on sent que beaucoup de produits sont faits maison, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Le thé au yuzu, par exemple, est excellent : savoureux, bien équilibré & clairement préparé avec soin. C'est un vrai coup de coeur !
Cependant, les prix sont vraiment élevés pour ce type d'établissement. Payer plus de 5$ + taxes pour un thé reste difficile à justifier, même s'il est fait maison. C'est dommage, car cela peut freiner l'envie d'y retourner régulièrement. La musique est aussi forte & il n'y a pas de wc.
En résumé, je recommande pour la qualité & le goût, mais avec un bémol important sur les prix.
This place has quickly become a local staple for me. I love their bulgogi bowl! I also like to grab a small sweet treat (their matcha cookies are so good!). Love their matcha as well (the matcha bubble tea without bubbles). I definitely would recommend! I always take out, but the atmosphere in there is really charming.
perfection is the only thing i can say. i tried their fruit teas, SUPER YUMMY! they also have vegan gummies?? what can i say, they are amazing. don't get me started on the bingsoo.. i tried their strawberry one & immediately had to buy another one. that's how delicious it was. they have little chewy rice cakes & corn flakes in the bingsoo, it rates amazing!! 10000000000/10. very recommend. (i wanted to take photos but i couldn't wait to eat the food)
The croffle was delicious. However, please consider changing the cup for the small-sized bingsu. Eating bingsu from that kind of cup is very uncomfortable. It made me feel like the fox invited to the crane's house in Aesop's fable. A regular bowl would honestly be better.
Also, did you perhaps forget to add sugar to the tteokbokki? It was so salty that it really surprised me.

Cute little korean café, cozy vibes, soft korean background music, polite employees & affordable food. For 25$ I got the bulgogi bahn mi, nutella croffle & the korean coffee. Generous amount of bulgogi in the bahn mi, the coffee was tasty & the croffle was larger than i expected. I'd love to go back to try their ramyun, bingsu & teokbboki.
Great korean food & pricing, friendly staff, cute decorations & lovely vibe overall. Perfect to take an aesthetic picture with your friends, grab a coffee & stroll in the neighborhood afterwards.
