I loved the café's atmosphere, great music & amazing decor. However, when I ordered a cappuccino with almond milk, I was served one with regular milk, despite being lactose intolerant. The waitress realized her mistake when she saw me drinking it, apologized, & replaced it.
What felt off was her attitude. She dropped off the new coffee without a word & later seemed to avoid eye contact as I left. Mistakes happen, but owning them with professionalism makes all the difference.
Great atmosphere, bad coffee, rude barista. EDIT: We probably were there for less than 20 minutes, & we ordered two lattes (one normal, one pistachio) & the pistachio lemon biscotti. & we did not bring a beverage from another place.
I recently visited Gotsoul Cafe, & it was a delightful experience! The coffee was rich & flavorful, making it a perfect pick-me-up. The atmosphere was enhanced by great music, creating a cozy & inviting vibe. Whether you're looking to relax with a book or catch up with friends, this cafe has the perfect ambiance. Highly recommend for any coffee lover!
Excellent coffee made by the new barista in training ;) , a 12 year old kid who, with some supervision, made a better espresso than 80% of the barista in the city. Very cute. Lovely vibe.
