Coffee & matcha are really high quality, some of the highest in Montreal. Service is ok, seating is not the most comfortable. Overall design of the place is modern & interesting.

Love this cafe. Delicious lattes - like the very best. Friendly staff. You can sit & chill & write of meet there with friends. You can purchase coffee beans for home as well as high end teas. I highly recommend.
My favorite coffee shop to date. Excellent coffee & very consistent even when there's different staff. The baristas are super friendly & kind which adds to whole experience :)
I love Even coffee, by far my favourite coffee in the city! The staff are always friendly & I appreciate the care that goes into each coffee they make. That being said I popped by on Sunday & the barista was all alone managing a massive line which made the wait a little long - I didn't mind, I just felt bad :( I feel like multiple staff during peak times could be beneficial!
The street is so quiet but inside the place is packed with people chatting, gathering & enjoying coffee & matcha latte. You can choose between regular & oat milk. They service is great as well as the atmosphere. Pain au chocola was lovey.
Best coffee Ive had in the city, with great service & a beautiful interior you really can ask for more. The location is definitely out of the way but if you love coffee this is a must visit.

Truely one of the best coffee shops in Montreal, serves some of the best espresso I've ever tasted.
Café Even is dedicated to the art of coffee. They serve specialty single origin & in-house roasted coffee. The staff is very friendly & super knowledgeable on coffee, make sure to ask & learn about the different beans they have to offer.
In addition to espresso, they make great milk drinks, pour overs, & carry very tasty pastries. The ambiance is always very calm & relaxed.
This was definitly our favorite coffee place in Montreal. Amazing pastries, great coffee, friendly staff, & great atmosphere. If only it was closer to us & we would have gone all the time.
The chocolate croissant was amazing. We even went to the bakery they said it was from & for some reason the ones they got were better. (probably timing). It was super buttery & fresh, light & rich at the same time.
The coffee hit the spot too. it was rich & creamy with a good earthy taste that lasted a while. Overall an amazing coffee shop.

In a quiet café tucked away in a Montreal neighborhood, over one perfect cup of coffee, we talk about AI, cinema, Street food, Saigon, Naples, & all the possible storylines of the movie that is our life!
If you are a gear nerd you'll also appreciate the 3(!) high end grinders they have in here. Seeing that should leave you reassured they know what they're doing, but equipment alone doesn't mean it'll be good.
The menu has multiple special options, including a competition grade Nestor Lasso Ombligon.
I had just came in from the SCA expo, where I'd tasted a bunch of extremely interesting & obscure coffees, this still stood out to me. Brewed to perfection, with excellent clarity & tropical fruit notes, even with an ever-growing line at the bar the barista didn't rush my drink.
This place is a rare find in the city, a place where each drink is prepared meticulously & the customers are told they may have to wait. I'm super impressed by this café!
This is legitimately one of my favourite coffees in the city - consistently a great coffee & will definitely visit this place even when I move out of the neighbourhood.
