Un endroit très chaleureux qui vend les meilleurs cookies de tout Montréal! Le personnel est très souriant, bienveillant & à l'écoute! Il propose toutes sortes d'événements dont des open mic, qui sont juste géniaux! L'ambiance est très conviviale, je recommande +++++
Toujours de très belles expériences au Café des Habitudes : que ce soit pour boire une boisson dans un espace cozy, manger un cookie Cookine, récupérer un colis d'artisans, ou même déposer/prêter un objet avec Partage Club ! Bravo une safe place pour tous & toutes. 💙
L'ambiance & le concept sont adorables, & le service est top. Malheureusement, on juge un café à la qualité de son menu: & pour le coup, j'ai été agréablement déçue. Les cookies étaient gras & fades, & le matcha est sincèrement l'un des pires que j'ai bu à Montréal. Il était très foncé & amer, gage d'une poudre de piètre grade. J'espère que la nourriture sera revisitée car l'ambiance est très chouette
The service is friendly but a tad slow. The drinks are of average quality. I had a cookie that was underbaked on the inside. The interior is very inviting with lots of nooks to chill out & read a book or chat with friends.
Stopped by a few week ago & grabbed a few things: iced matcha (with almond or oat milk?), 2 types of cookies, & the breakfast (toast) plate.The iced matcha was pretty weak & didn't taste like anything, but the cookies (matcha & chocolate chip) were great.
The cafe is full of random floor cushions , chairs & couches which immediately makes me think of germs however it's very spacious & also has outdoor seating. The breakfast plate comes with a salad & a glass of orange juice which were both okay but the lightly battered mushrooms on toast with potato wedges (& sauce) were delicious.
You have to order at the cash & & let the waiter know where you're sitting. The main'toast' dish took over 25 minutes to come but it was also the weekend. The waiter actually brought us 2 breakfast plates so initially I believed she separated the dish in 2 because we were two people but she came back 3 or 4 minutes later & asked for one of the plates back which was odd because she didn't even ask if we touched the food. I told her that I'd pay & she said okay.
I was satisfied with most of the food apart from the matcha. & I really think the breakfast plate should come with more food for the price you pay. Overall it was a decent experience despite the hiccups.

The food was good, i ate the grilled cheese with the soup & a matcha cookie! Their brownie is to down for & everything is vegan! Sadly they really don't have a lot of food options & i would have loved to have more options…
A must visit if you're in town. It's a beautiful cafe, with lots of cozy seating options, & the vibe is unparalleled, you instantly feel welcomed, at home, & cozy. Their menu is varied, I got a hojicha cocoa & hazelnut cookie & they were absolutely delish. They also have events, merch, books, toys, you can really feel the love for the community as soon as you step in. It's my new favorite coffee shop 🤍
À mon avis, l'un des cafés les plus chaleureux de Montréal. Ambiance zen, sans prétention, un peu vintage. C'est spacieux & intime à la fois. Les cookies véganes aux pépites de chocolat ❤?
It's far from my home, I don't care, I like this place too much I love to go inside to work on my computer, or go outside when it's sunny to share a lemonade with friends, the moods between the two rooms means I can find what I'm looking for whether I want quiet or social. Quand on rentre dans ce café on se sent tout de suite bien, à sa place. Je viens d'y passer un merveilleux moment, hors du temps, dans la douceur & la simplicité. Cet endroit est un ailleurs, un petit joyaux pour les petits & les grands. De plus le cookie au matcha était absolument délicieux. Y retournerai-je? Oui oui, 1000 fois oui !
J'aime tellement ce café ! Avec toutes ces belles énergies, où l' on se sent comme à la maison ! 😍 Toujours un bel accueil, du bon café avec zéro déchet en plus ! Toujours une bonne ambiance, un endroit où l'on peut se poser & se déposer 🥰 Endroit où l'on peut manger les délicieux cookies de chez Cookine 🍪😋 & pleins d'autres choses encore ... Petite café coquet que je ne connaissais pas. Je voulais toutefois déguster un latté d'automne comme l'endroit est réputé en ce sens, mais le chaï latté citrouille était difficile à apprécier. La texture très liquide comme de l'eau, je m'attendais à quelque chose de minimalement onctueux. On m'explique que c'est à cause du chaï, mais pourtant j'ai déjà pris ailleurs un latté de ce genre sans soucis & s'était appréciable & un peu plus onctueux. Je ne pouvais donc pas apprécier. Pour ce que j'ai reçu Vs le prix, je trouve cela déçevant. Le cookie à la courge était toutefois très bon. Le concept du café & l'environnement me semble intéressant, j'aimerais bien y retourner pour essayer autre chose.
