While the drinks & food are tasty, the place is often packed which makes it hard to find a place to sit, & when you do find a place to sit there often isn't anything to plug your computer in. The place being so busy also means the staff is overworked & ends up making mistakes, which is annoying because it makes you order takes a very long time, but they are very apologetic about it & kind.
Commande a l auto. Service assez long si je compare avec tim. Employée sympatique. Très mal déneigé & tu arrive face a un contener a dechet mal placé... pas tres invitant.
I came in during a rush yesterday. The ginger-haired girl took my order, & she was very lovely & nice! The guy (probably the owner) was something else. He was just rude to her & at some point stopped her from doing someone's order. On a side note, the food was pretty good for its price point, & the place seemed pretty cozy. I would give this a higher rating if it wasn't for the guy's lack of professionalism.
I wasn't going to write a review since I usually never do, but my experience at this location was kind of upsetting... I came in a few days ago, on Saturday, & this girl was taking my order. As I was speaking to her, this older man came in &, not so politely, told her to basically not serve clients. I was left shocked because she was in the middle of taking my order & after getting told off she looked pretty startled. After my order got taken by another girl, It took them a while to even make me pay because the cash registers weren't working, but that was no ones fault so I didn't mind. While I was waiting, I heard the same man(probably a manager) just kind of speaking really loudly towards his employees, so I felt uncomfortable & left right after I got my order. I understand being frustrated about stuff not working out but I do not accept treating your workers badly. Do not recommend going here.

Un énorme coup de coeur, sur tous les aspects. Mention très spéciale pour la flexibilité du personnel face aux commandes spéciales, parfois complexes : ici, on vous écoute vraiment, avec le sourire, & on vous sert exactement ce qui a été demandé, au détail près.
Après avoir essayé plusieurs cafés, c'est le seul endroit où je suis entièrement satisfait, sans compromis. À tel point que je viens à chaque fois depuis Montréal juste pour ma pause café - & ça veut tout dire.
Merci à toute la jeune équipe & une mention spéciale au jeune employé anglophone qui travaille souvent les week-ends : il fait de vrais efforts en français pour répondre à toutes nos demandes, & ça se ressent.
Je suis vraiment déçu depuis le changement de propriétaire la nourriture est pas autant fraîche & les gâteaux ont bcp changé il sont vraiment pas bon 33$ pour deux mcx de gâteaux & pas bon sèche. Ca deux visite que je me fais avoir. C'est vraiment décevant. Je n'y retournerai pu. Ils doivent garder ce qui étaient avant c'est ce qui en faisait le succès. Ont change pas une recette gagnante & augmenter les prix comme ça. C'est insultant.
