This a coffee shop worthy to stop by if you are in the mall & want a snack. They have decent pastries. They offer sandwiches too but their best items are their pistachio cake & the muffins in my opinion.
Ce midi (mardi 5 mai), entre 11:45 & 12:00, je suis allé au café dépot à la Place Dupuis pour la premiere fois. J'ai commandé un simple café glacé. Le gars à la caisse ne m'a pas demandé si je voulais de la crème ou du sucre dans mon café glacé. Comme c'était ma première visite, j'ai comme assumé que la crème & le sucre faisaient partie des ingredients, donc je lui ai pas mentionné. Évidemment, il m'a donné un cafe glacé noir sans crème. & je lui ai donc fait savoir gentiment que je voulais de la crème dans mon café. À ma grande surprise, il a très mal pris. Il m'a crié dessus : Vous ne me l'avez pas mentionné! & il me point le petit bar où se trouve le crème & sucre en disant : vous pouvez aller ajouter la crème, c'est juste là!! Je vous jure, la façon qu'il a levé la voix méchamment & a pointé la direction. Au final, il a finit par me refaire le café. C'était pas mieux car le café etait rempli tlm de glace que j'ai du en retirer moi meme. J'avais les larmes aux yeux quand j'ai quitté les lieux. Je ne crois pas que j'ai mérité ça.
*Vu qu'il y a plusieurs café depots avec le coin, je suis retourné prendre en photo le commerce plus tard dans la soirée pour qu'on sache quel cafe depot j'ai eu ce terrible expérience!*

It is nice to be able to give a Montreal business 5 stars. It was only a coffee but the service was good, the wifi worked, & it felt like an oasis of peace compared to to other places I've been.

Prix corrects mais serveuses pas très souriantes, c'est dommage.
The white lady behind the counter look very unfriendly. I spoke French to her & she switched to English immediately without smiling , which came across as impatient to me. I speak French to other people & they have no problem understanding me. Hope the service improve because I like the coffee & the rest of the staff, especially the black lady who is so nice.

Was exhausted after traveling so I came here to sit down & relax for a few hours, I had a really delicious piece of maple cake. Lots of plush comfortable seating, huge variety of drinks, pastries, & sandwiches. A really great place to come & relax! Service was friendly as well. I will definitely return here when looking for a nice quiet & cozy cafe.

Food & coffee was pretty much airport level but I got served by a guy in his 40s or 50s around 11:30 who was really good vibes. This guy needs a raise. I would come back just because of him.
