A pistachio tartelette that knows exactly what it's doing.
Buttery crust, creamy pistachio filling, crushed nuts for texture, & that glossy green center like a quiet promise. Not loud, not flashy. Just rich, elegant, & dangerously easy to fall in love with. #CafeConstancesigneBAZIN #Montreal

oh wow! the two stars of this show are definitely the staff (incredible people) & the ambience. the mid-century furniture & decor are captivating & romantic! the coffee is fantastic, as well. i had to order the flat white twice because it was addictive! the food, honestly, is just okay! i ordered the grilled cheese sandwich & it didn't quite hit the spot BUT my date ordered the pistachio tartlet & it was delightful!
side note: they allow laptops! which is always a plus in my book! def recommend!
