cafe(74) chats(56) coffee(36) kid(29) adorable(26) children(19) drink(17) kitties(15) enfants(14)Expectations: 20 cats willing to be petted, good food, everything clean & tidy. Reality: 30 people, mess with boots at the entrance, 5 cats (2 sleeping, one at the roof level, others come & go back to their shelter), tables & chairs are dirty (the staff clearly see it, just ignore until asked). Everyone obviously came here to pet the cats, so if a cat is sleeping just behind you, everyone will come to you even if you are eating. The food... Well it is there, but it is not something worth noting. Visit a friend who has cats, it would be more "cattiful".Voir plus
I love the cat company & how playful they are. Being here Isobel relaxing experience. Smoothies are my second favorites after the cats 😋Voir plus
There's a lot to love about a cat cafe, especially if you're a cat person who chooses to no longer have cats at home. I love that this is so welcoming, has great drinks & food, & is kid friendly. However, that last point is where it loses a star. The past few times I've visited, there have been kids literally running, screaming, & throwing toys anywhere & everywhere. On one occasion, an employee had to ask a woman several times to calm her child before they finally left (maybe they were asked to leave, I don't know). I understand kids may get overexcited by all the adorable cats, but parents, *please* follow the cafe's rules & encourage your kids to remain calm, which will ultimately make for a better kid-cat experience anyway.Voir plus
Overrun by kids at all times who annoy the cats. The food is overpriced but okay taste-wise. I've gone three times looking to have a relaxing visit & was met with kids running, & even a baby getting changed in one of the cafe tables. This place has potential, but they should incorporate a booking system or some sort of way to ensure both guests & cats can have moments of peace.
Such a cool & relaxing place to take a break. Went with my wife & 5yr old son & we had a great time seeing, peeing & playing with the cats who came around frequently for play or pets before releasing to the taters or shelves for some personal space.Voir plus
Les chats sont trop mignon , le personnel est trop gentilles .Voir plus
Love the concept but the place is overrun by kids running around chasing after cats & ignoring their boundaries while their parents ignore their behaviour to chat & be on their phones. I was barely there for 20 minutes before one of the workers had to collect the cats to bring them in the back room away from the kids. They had amazing customer services though so kudos to the employees.
A super cute cat cafe near Verdun station. It's super busy as the day goes on so best to come early to get a seat. There are several adorable kitties wandering around, climbing, playing, or deep into naps. Interactive toys & perches are provided. The cats were friendly & there is a partnership with an adoption agency so many are looking for homes, which is a lovely cause. The entire menu is vegetarian with several coffee options. The service staff were nice & friendly. We tried the cappuccino, cortado, & chili dish. They were okay. We did see several people on laptops, suggesting it is accepted by the establishment, but few power outlets were around. Definitely a mist visit.Voir plus
This was a nice place & the cats were lovely. It was probably too busy on a Sunday afternoon & many of the cats hid because of the number of people. I would try to go back at a less busy time. The food was good. I'd recommend the raspberry danish. Many of the children seemed to be pursuing the cats through the cafe to other people's tables which unfortunately made them more likely to run away & hide.Voir plus
So... honestly, for a café, it's pretty average. Some items were reasonably priced, & others were not. If I had to name an item I was truly satisfied with, it was the soup of the day. The soup was done perfectly, with no flaws to me at the very least. I loved it, even though I am often very picky on soup & the flavors from it. I had the berries smoothie, & it was really good. It was honestly very good for the price as well. I did not have the pastries, but my friends who were with me mentioned that it was good. However, the sandwiches & paninj were overpriced & questionable. At the very least... the sandwiches were really small despite their price... (10,45$) There really is not much to say considering that it is a cafe, not a restaurant, nor a bakery. As such, here's the main thing to pay attention to. Surely, if people go to a cat cafe, it's mainly for the cats, not the food. Well, if you're fine with drinks here, then it's definitely worth the visits. The cats were very adorable & playful. The cafe is fairly peaceful, so it is a great place to study & relax around cats. They provide cat toys as well so that customers can play with the cats. Although it is outside of downtown Montreal & that the food is pretty average, I have to agree that it is worth visiting at least once. I think it's also important to mention that they have adorable merchandise at decent prices. I got a pair of cats that can connect with one another, & that was 7$. Another thing: there is another cat café in downtown Montreal. However, I didn't like how it was really crowded, making it hard to relax with cats. So really, this place was great for giving the sense of relaxation & peace.Voir plus
This is a nice café. Kittens make it super cozy & fun. Although cats are the main attraction, this awesome spot has very good & stable wifi (so lots of work can be completed!) & coffee tastes really good!Voir plus
Pour des cat lovers comme nous, cet endroit est le paradis. Toujours une agréable sortieVoir plus
should have been more cleaner & I didn't understand why do we have to take off out shoes it was uncomfortableVoir plus
We went there on a Sunday morning, shortly after the opening time. It was a pleasant experience. We ordered hot chocolate & croissant. The hot chocolate was pretty good, though the croissant wasn't fresh. The cats are playful & adorable. They seem well taken care of. It's a fun learning activity for kids but be sure to look after them, so they don't nag or chase after the cats. We stayed there until 11am when it started to get very busy.Voir plus
Service is wonderful. The pastries were not wow. I took a "carré au date" & it was awful. It is made with cinnamon.. ? My wife took an espresso cookie & it was also made with cinnamon.. awful.. Other than that, cute atmosphere with playful catsVoir plus
