Such a lovely café! The atmosphere is warm & cozy, with beautiful Persian touches that make the place feel really unique. I loved the Persian fog, & the overall vibe. It's the kind of place where you can sit back, have a good conversation, & enjoy a peaceful moment away from the busy city. Definitely one of my top favofite spots!!

The atmosphere at Aunja café is super pleasant. It has somewhat changed over the years but I've always had a nice experience. I get only beverage, sometimes a cake, which are always delicious. Persian fog is heavenly. & the cake with rose water is the top! Laptops aren't allowed in the front part of the café (not sure about the back) which makes the place feel cozy. Thank you for your kindness & welcoming spirit today, @Helios.

Première fois au Café Aunja & certainement pas la dernière ! Ambiance très agréable, cuisine délicieuse (j'ai pris le petit déjeuner complet) & un thé iranien divin. Je recommande vivement! Servie par Ilias avec le sourire.

This is an outstanding & unique place to visit in Montreal. The ambiance is fantastic & while it does get busy as the day goes on when we arrived at 10:00 a.m. for breakfast there were plenty of seats. The specialty drinks they have are wonderful, I had a Persian fog & my dining companion had a Persian delight. Both were superb. The Persian fog is like a London fog but with rose syrup. We had the Iranian breakfast & the combo breakfast. At first I thought this is not much food for the price but I was wrong. It is very filling. Although there are many signs that say no laptops there was one person using a laptop, the staff did not say anything perhaps when it gets busier but be mindful that you are not supposed to use a laptop in this cafe as seating is limited.

I can absolutely see why this café is so popular. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, & full of character, with great music that makes you want to stay longer. It's the kind of place where you can slow down, enjoy a conversation, or simply relax with a good drink.
The staff were genuinely friendly & welcoming. I tried the Persian Fog, & it completely lived up to the hype.m. I also ordered the Mountain Omelette, which was fresh, flavorful, & a great brunch option.

I stumbled upon Cafe Aunja while exploring the area & it quickly became one of my favorite spots in the city. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy & perfect for getting some work done or just catching up with a friend over a cup of tea. The decor has such a unique charm that makes you feel right at home. I will definitely be making this a regular stop whenever I am in the neighborhood.

Everything about this cafe feels thoughtful & authentic. You can tell they put a lot of heart into the design & the selection of refreshments they provide. It is a bit of a hidden gem that manages to stay peaceful even when it gets busy. It is definitely worth a visit if you are looking for a place that values quality over speed & provides a refreshing break from the usual chains.

Honestly one of the most aesthetically pleasing cafes I have visited lately. The interior design is stunning & creates such a calming vibe that is hard to come by in such a busy part of town. I really enjoyed the selection of teas & the overall quietude of the space. It is a great spot to bring a book or just sit & enjoy the quiet for an hour or two. Highly recommended for a low key afternoon.
