cafe(123) persian(111) tea(85) cozy(78) fog(69) drink(64) recommend(47) sandwich(46) breakfast(39) cake(37) coffee(33) vibe(32)Très sympathique & animé. Le service a été très long malgré la simplicité de notre commande. Les tisanes sont magnifiques mais chères, & plutôt difficiles à boire sans passoire.
I liked the atmosphere of the cafe however the service & food was not of our liking!
Servant did not bother even bringing the menu to us !
We ordered lentil soup & a tea pot. Lentils were not fully cooked! I won't call it lentil soup!
& tea was not usual Iranian tea expected !
I expected higher from this place! Unfortunately disappointing!
I got the koukou chicken sandwich.
It was delicious but impossible to eat, just looking at it, I thought I was gonna break my jaw 😅. Perhaps take the same quantity & just make it more flat (ie. Bigger in width than height).
Also, I think you should have an option for tea or drink with the meal that is reasonably priced. (Ex: 5$ cup of tea if purchased with a meal). The only option available was a pot of tea 10$ & all other tea drinks >9$.
Thank you.
Chicken koukou sandwich + saffron cake were both insanely fresh & tasty. Also excellent atmosphere & staff. Run, don't walk, to this place.
Wanted to try a new coffee shop & it is the cutest spot to work in! The chairs are so comfy & the food is delish. Would definitely come back with a friend
This is the best café in town! Everything I ordered was absolutely amazing 👌
Thank you for giving us a true taste of Persian cuisine & for the lovely ambiance 🙏
I ordered dessert & tea, but both were average. The portions felt especially small. At these prices, you expect something more filling & higher quality. The décor of the place is nice, but it's not worth coming just for that. Overall, it wasn't a satisfying experience.
Our friends from Ottawa recommended this café to us, & when we came to Montreal, we had to visit. The moment we walked in, we were charmed by how warm & cozy it felt , almost like stepping into a grandmother's home. Everything had a nostalgic touch, especially the sholeh zard I tried , it tasted just like my grandmother's. We truly enjoyed every moment & can't wait to come back!
I was not really happy with the experience. Since there was no table service & the seating area was quite tightly arranged, it was uncomfortable to leave the table & go back to the counter if needed. Normally when I go out for breakfast, I look for a special & memorable taste experience, but unfortunately the food felt quite ordinary.
I felt like I was at my grandparents house nice & cozy little place I only had a drink but the food smelled delicious
Really enjoy this spot as a I have recently moved to Montreal. Can be hectic at times. but still a great place to hang out.
We went to this place right after dining in their restaurant next door!
Atmosphere & the design - just like the restaurant- is well thought & resembling Iranian culture & heritage.
We have ordered a dessert called Freni, which was very delicious. Followed up by ginger tea, persian fog & some classic black tea. All well presented & proportionate. Saffron cake was also delicious!
A café with a distinctly Persian vibe! The décor is completely Iranian! it honestly felt like I had stepped into a café in Tehran. The menu is very professionally designed & offers appealing items for both Iranians & non-Iranians alike. The staff were kind & welcoming.
I had a Persian Fog !it was tea latté with lovely saffron aroma. My friends also enjoyed their orders. I'll definitely be coming back next time for breakfast
